One of the last true rock n roll bands. One day people will look back at their body of work and say, “how can this band not be recognized as one of the best bands in history of rock n roll”. They deserve to be in rock n roll hall of fame
I fell in love with this band in the 90's and here it is 2016 I'm still head over heels. I'd be the only black person in the crowd and I'd be rockin so hard to them.
Don't feel alone brother. I too am a huge Black Crows fan. I have been since I first heard their version of "Hard To Handle" ( originally performed by Otis Redding) And since then, there have been many BC songs & albums that hold a special meaning for me."The Southern Harmony & Musical Companion" & "Amorica" are 2 of my favorite BC albums.....those were the soundtracks to my life at that time. AND Chris Robinson has a voice that makes TBC not just a rock band, but a SOUL band. He is definitely one of my favorite singers ever. And TBC will always be a band close to my heart
Dani , I'm surprised that you're the only black person in the crowd. Black blues guitarist like Luther Allison and Buddy guy are what made me fall in love with this music.
Onstage barefoot and a Dead T-shirt, Chris is my kind of guy. Saw the Crowes years ago at the Greek in LA, second row, it was by far the loudest concert I'd ever been to, except for The Who. The bass was trying to disengage my spleen while the guitars were rattling my intestines. A fantastic show.
LIBERTY ROCK RADIO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Man, I love listening to this on Liberty Rock Radio while powersliding a Sultan RS around the Broker Outlook in GTA IV!!!!!
Black Crowes I Listened to your music every now and then in the early 90's. But now I listen to you every single day I Love the sound of Chris's Voice and I always will! You guys are Awesome! Love You
OMG !! Perfect performance. Really good music with the nice and power sound that smells '70. Chris Robinson is so cool and great singer, a whole frontman. 10 thumbs up !!
Very fortunate to have seen them around this time. House of blues in orlando, chris came out barefoot and lit a stick of insense before they started. They killed it!
This is my first concert ever, I am watching them tomorrow on my birthday. I heard them for the first time this month and I fell in love with them instantly.
Finally getting a chance to catch a live show with the crowes. Sadly its 2020 and I've been digging these guys since shake your money maker first aired. Better late than never
And sadly Steve Gorman won't be there at the drums, nor anyone else who has ever played with them. It'll be Chris & Rich and whoever else they can still manage to agree to play for them.
We just saw then for the first time in Seattle 8/26/21 and for sure one of the best live concerts I have ever seen. They're better live than on album and not to many can say that.
I first heard them back in the 90's. They reminded me a little of the Rolling Stones. They are just a good old rock and roll band with a more up to date twist. Great festival band. Can't fall to like their catchy beat and riffs...
I love this, I'm gathering pallets from Lowe's to build a small outdoor pavilion, so me and my friends can rock out. I've got a few laser lights a few spotlights a fog machine an Epiphone Les Paul, fender style strat and an epiphone Thunderbird Bass, warmer weather will be here soon so it's party time
I went to the gathering of the vibes in Bridgeport the first two years, in 2000? Warren Haynes and gov mile played the first year and bob weir with rat dog the second year, had a lot more fun the first year.
Gorman is one of the most under rated drummers in rock music history.
He's very dead now. Read the articles
Even by the Robinson brothers too, apparently. So much so that they forgot that he's the drummer in the band.
He’s good. He’s solid. Underrated is a bit of hyperbole. And apparently he’s replaceable.
Needs to go back to his early '90s short hair, suit, corporate look though! Way cool! 😁
I love the way he sneaks up on that crash/ride.
God, I love this band. They're just pure.

Seventies blues rock revivalists. Just what I needed.
This track has everything. Blues, Rock, Funk and syncopation. Look at those ladies in the audience grooving to it and feeling it in their souls.
One of the last true rock n roll bands. One day people will look back at their body of work and say, “how can this band not be recognized as one of the best bands in history of rock n roll”.
They deserve to be in rock n roll hall of fame
What about Rival Sons ?
You just described Pantera.
The Train rock hall of fame is a joke.
The Rock And Roll Hall Of Shame is nothing but a JOKE.👎👎👎👎👎
The Black Crowes stands above that bullshit.
I fell in love with this band in the 90's and here it is 2016 I'm still head over heels. I'd be the only black person in the crowd and I'd be rockin so hard to them.

This is how music is done boys and girls. Outstanding
+Paul D your point?
+BreadCasket His point is he is a miserable person who finds some kind of satisfaction on trying to poop on others.
Saw them with Jimmy Page both nights at the Greek. Complete FIRE!!!
@Paul D Paul Dick?
Still kicking ass after all these years. That shit is tight. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I need a remedy for what is ailing me you see.

Good ole American hard rock and role. We need more of this.
