I really like Regenerating Mummy in Goat Zombies, it blanks Don Zaloog/Duo and gets over most attackers/crashes with Kycoo, also I run 2 Giant Rat and 1 Exiled Force as a utility package, Rat can out any beater or get into Turtle this way; also Skill Drain has great synergy with Turtle and Vampire Lord, but if you run Skill Drain you need to run Judgment for the Heavy Storm.
I've returned to mention I've had some success playing with a similar Zombie Goat deck! Won my first ever round and match with it. I may need to try out using Magician of Faith for my deck though, and I'm looking for ways to counter turbo decks.
I'm glad your enjoying your deck. I'm sure now the Goat Meta has changed since I made this profile. MoF should be staple in any control deck in my opinion. Vampire Lord is probably not the most optimal against decks playing Chaos Sorc, so maybe running another Kokki would be better. I would suggest siding Threatening roar against turbo decks to prevent OTKS and its chainable to trunade. Another interesting tech I've seen is Kuriboh in the side deck.

You could find a way to get Morph(s) in there so you can turn your V Lord into Dark Balter (second most powerful Fusion behind only TER) or Reaper on the Nightmare (Spirit Reaper that can attack directly!) abd yournGoats into TER.
I wanna build something similar to deck so I looked up the price on that secret rare vampire lord and was like 😳 😂 I think I’ll get the ultra rare instead lol nice deck bro
I'm the master of this deck and all I have to say is, for the reasons you stated for Ryu Kokki, why not just run a smashing ground. Does the same thing and saves you your battle phase (so you don't risk running into any backrow), keeps the two card combo ratios down, and limits bad too decks. In this meta Kokki might seem more impactful because of its effect but that only really matters when his stats fall short. The deck is already over 40 so yours is 42? Load up some games so I can see this Kokki in action pls. Except for like 3 situations (all conditional), I don't think Kokki cuts the mustard. I can be wrong and I'm always open to learn more.
Deck list should be 41. The ryu kokki could easily be a smashing ground. I just didn’t know why it was replaced but thank you for clearing that up. I like this deck a lot so I’ll be testing with this for a bit. We’ll see if kokki stays or not lol
Kokki is fetchable by Turtle though, the 1 of Smashing Ground you'd have to hard draw. I get that losing the BP and being susceptible to backrow sucks, but I prefer running 3-6 copies of my removal over 1 (if you run 3 Rat, you can always float down into it). Player's preference I guess.

I would suggest looking up current Zombie deck profiles of the current yugioh format from 2020-2021 it will help your deck out a ton! I would also recommend buying 3 structure decks to get multiple copies of each card because you need more than 1 of some of those. Unfortunately it’s hard to deck build in TH-cam comments. Please take my advice and also join some ygo forums online or through Facebook you’ll get more help there!
I would really recommend more a second book of life. I always safe 1 up to snipe the serpent out of the opponents hand with reaper and than snake go bye bye. 😁
