Hard agree, big miss by blizz dev team. They couldve kept it as an item still as long as it had like 10 charges or something

Arcane Mage was nerfed...the main spell arcane blast got nerfed and is now at 77% increase damage sadly
The damage buff from arcane charges is based on your mastery, not nerfs and buffs. Arcane is still fine to play but not the best ST anymore
