The first café is a 保護猫カフェ(hogoneko café). hogoneko means rescued cats. they are Originally a stray cat, sufferer animal hoarding, Cats bereaved of elderly owners. The cafe is taking care of stray cats and support their adoption. put on a necklace voucher is so that the cat won't tamper with it. Wishing you a better trip in Japan. from Tokyo.
Shiba Inus are not as friendly as other dogs. Their personalities and behaviors are more like cats than dogs. Please be assured that the dogs in your video are neither worn out nor sad. You have a very kind heart😊
Thank you for the suggestion! I completely agree, the countryside in Japan is absolutely beautiful. I had the chance to explore some of the rural areas during my trip and was blown away by the stunning landscapes and charming small towns. I'll definitely have to make a point to visit more of the countryside on my next trip to Japan. Thanks again for the suggestion and for your kind words!
How lovely ❤ I strongly recommend you to go to capybara cafe in Japan. You can see very cute and smart capybaras there. The cafe’s name is Capybaraland puipui.
That's interesting to know! I definitely agree that Shiba Inus have their own unique personality. They are known for being independent and aloof, which can definitely make them seem more "wolf-like" in some ways. I've heard that Shiba Inus are actually one of the oldest dog breeds in Japan, and it's believed that they were originally bred for hunting small game.
8:06 This is like a receipt. The correct translation says store redemption. The number of drinks purchased and the number of people who entered the store are written on it. I am not sure if the English translation is correct, but I hope it helps. I hope you enjoy your visit to Japan.☺
It is different from a receipt. As other viewers have commented, it's like an admission ticket with entry time, number of people, and type of drink ordered.
I'm happy to be traveling with you guys as well. Your app has been a huge help in planning my trips and making the most of my time on the road. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to continuing to use Nomad on my future adventures. Thanks again!
Wait, Whaaaaat!?!? this is my home town!!!!!! that cat cafe is having a contract with the local vet. And all of the cats are previously strayed cat. So, this place also have some function to find new family. I really love this cat cafe as having 4 cats.
It's exciting to hear that the cat cafe mentioned in the comment is located in your hometown! It sounds like a special and unique place that not only provides a relaxing and enjoyable environment for cat lovers, but also serves as a way to help previously stray cats find new homes. It's great to see a business that not only provides a service, but also has a positive impact on the community and on animal welfare.
Hi Jack,I enjoyed this video. The pigs are my favourite.I will never take my pets for granted. We are so lucky to have them.Such a beautiful place for people to go that live in appartments and can’t have pets.Keep up the great work.🙏💕
Thank you for the correction! I apologize for the mistake. It's always helpful to have accurate information when planning a trip or learning about a new place. I'm glad to hear that you hope I will enjoy my trip to Japan. Japan is a beautiful and unique country with a rich culture and history, and I'm sure there will be many things to see and do that will make for an enjoyable and memorable trip. From the bustling cities to the peaceful countryside, there is so much to explore and discover in Japan. I'm looking forward to experiencing all that the country has to offer.
Yes, watching animals always has a calming effect on me too. I've heard about the owl and hedgehog cafes in Japan, they sound like such unique and fun places to visit. I'd love to go to one someday too!
How adorable the pet cafés, but how the heck can you have a drink and not spill the drink with all those playfull cats 🤔 Hahaha the pigs where so funny and enjoyable to watch mate 😊 And as always, C Ya in the next one Jack, cheers 🙌🍻
I know, right? It can be a bit challenging to have a drink and play with the cats at the same time. But it's all part of the fun of visiting a pet cafe. It's always a good idea to be mindful of your surroundings and make sure you don't spill your drink while interacting with the animals. They can be quite playful and energetic, which can make things a bit unpredictable. But it's all worth it for the chance to spend some quality time with some cute and cuddly creatures. I'm glad you enjoyed the video and found the pigs amusing. Thanks for watching and I'll see you in the next one! Cheers!
Cat cafe for sure! As I’m a cat lover. Then pig and then Shiba. I LOVE how Shiba’s look, they are my favorite dog breed for looks. However i love cuddly animals so i was bummed when I learned Shiba’s aren’t known for showing much affection.
Thank you for your comment! It sounds like you are a big fan of cats and Shiba Inus. Cat cafes can be a lot of fun to visit, especially for cat lovers. It's great to be able to spend time with and interact with these adorable creatures. While Shiba Inus are known for being independent and not as cuddly as some other breeds, they are still lovable and make great pets for those who appreciate their unique personalities. I hope you have the opportunity to visit a cat cafe and meet some cute cats and Shiba Inus in the future.
I didn't know pet cafes started in Japan. Thanks for the info! I've been twice to a pet cafe here in PH which had lots of dogs of different breeds and cats too (they're in 2 separate sections). They even had Serval cats in the cat section! I do love animals so this was fun to watch. ❤🐶🐱 私は動物が大好きです 9:35 - nice transition btw :)
Very curious where you're getting your data/wifi as well, as $20 for unlimited data is extremely cheap! I usually pay around 50-60 for a pocket wifi with unlimited data, so the price point is pretty similar to the sponsor's

I think it is also the Shiba inu's personality. They are more independent. They have the most wolf-like DNA, I heard.

In Japan Data is very expensive. The prices for places like Thailand are way lower. Price depends on the country 😊😊
