It should be uncomplicated all you need is a face wash, exfoliating scrub , AM and PM moisturisers and a high-quality shave cream and maybe even a high quality post shave balm
One of the most important things to do is massage your face, whether you’re using moisturizer or not. Don’t forget that you have dozens of small muscles that create your facial movements and like any other muscles in your body, they can be in good or bad tone. They can also develop trigger points. Dysfunctions in the masseter (the muscle that primarily controls the jaw and chewing) can develop TMJ syndrome. Facial massage is important stuff!
I'm orthodox jewish and don't use razors, just electric trimmers and shavers. After around 17 years of shaving, and having more thick hair, I just used with shaving cream and wow! What a game changer and so simple. Thank you so much for this tutorial. There is such a need for what you're doing. Making men and manlier. (You and Jordon Peterson lol)
Great & much needed video for us guys. I am old school when shaving. Have used a pre-shave oil followed with a warm/hot towel to moisturize the beard. I prefer a shaving soap & brush to creams (unless traveling) and I use a classic double blade razor (1954 Gillette super glide ) followed with a aftershave gel. I have noticed since moving to Colorado that my hands get dried out & I've added a hand moisturizer to reduce the results of that condition.
Enjoyed the video and all the info, thanks. During winter time, especially after shower, Vitaman moisturizer makes wonders... and shaving oil changed my shaving routine forever
Oof wish i found this out before i used to get back razor burn but i stopped using my shaving cream and just kept doing it my skin has stopped getting razor burn idk if its because i got better or my skin got more used to it thp
I had exactly the same problem and our Scalp Treatment cleared it right up! Genuinely - I can't recommend it enough. I know I would say that, working for VITAMAN, but it's true. If you'd like more detailed advice, just drop me an email (gavin@vitaman.com) and I'll be only too happy to help.

So I thought I would contact you and ask if this is on the up and up. I seem to trust you from watching your TH-cam videos. These days it’s hard to trust to give out card number information, much less out of the United States. Let me know thank you
Nope, just always ensure you have a solid grooming routine and shave with a hot blade. We recommend a pre shave oil, shaving cream or gel and following up with an after shave balm.
Could you help me out, yesterday i saw that my belt was cracking and eventually split open and came off, how would i prevent that from happening in the future?
Hey Peter - we're in the skincare game but I can help! Use a leather conditioner on your belt, just like you would on your shoes. Always hang your belt up when you're not using it, rather than curling it up on your shelf. I speak from experience! Gavin, VITAMAN

Antonio, I’m 26 and people mistake me for a 19 year old (if I’m lucky, I’ve heard 17 before). I’m in business and that’s starting to interfere with working with clients. What can I do to fix that?
From your pic, I'd say it's 3 things: your hair, skin tone, and glasses. Some advice: - Try a different haircut - Different more bold glasses, or lenses - Dress sharp all the time (a shirt, chinos and wingtips can do enough in less formal companies) - Posture and behavior (helps a lot), straight back, straight head, a confident stare and smile It usually takes time to impose yourself at work and you can't always make a good impression on some. But knowing what you're doing, speaking up when appropriate, being responsible and confident, being knowledgable about many topics to engage in conversations without seeming like trying too hard or ignorant.

30s, you don't want to use these products at an early age cause it can cause the opposite effect. Some recommend starting with only a retinoid and gradually. There are some dermatologist channels talking about the subject
@@vitamanusa2021 What if we are still in highschool. I'm 16 and I started to care for my skin. What differences if any should I make compared to products in this video?

You're quite right, sometimes scrubbing can irritate your skin. But holy moly - ditch the soap! Soap is great at getting rid of dirt and grime but sadly it's also great at stripping your skin of its natural oil, sebum. Always use a facial cleanser made with natural ingredients.
