FEI Themis Z S/TEM: Align NanoProbe

Hello, EM aficionados! In this video, I perform "Align NanoProbe" from the supervisor alignments list; please be aware that this does not include any probe corrector tuning, which must be performed using SCORR (and will be covered in a separate video).
