I am interested on having an International Personal Bank account in Singapore as a foreigner (as a dual citizen between the United States of America and Germany). I am debating if it makes sense to go with a Singaporean Bank (for example, UOB and OCBC Bank) or with another bank (such as HSBC and Citi Bank)?

For your trust card spend in italy. Do you pair with credit card for spending first then when doing for the vat refund, change the pairing mode to the savings account in the trust app to get the refund back to your account.
