The chapter in Isaiah / Ezekikel are talking about the Prince and his sons but it's not about an earthly man and his sons it's about spiritual adoption in Jesus Christ. the Shem-Tob's Hebrew Matthew was translated from Greek. In some studies
that where carried out though, some suggested that it was actually
written in Hebrew, this being so because of one of the main
characteristics of his Matthew, which were Hebrew word puns. A Hebrew
word pun is when you take two similar sounding words, use it with
different meanings in the same passage. Every ancient document in Hebrew
has these words puns. For example in Genesis it refers to Adam (First
Man), to be taken from the Adamah (ground).
Genesis 2:25, 3:1 it refers to Adam and Eve being naked ( arumin ) and
the serpent being clever(arum). Depending on what translation you read
from it may read that the serpent was crafty or subtle. In Jeremiah 1:11-12 it talks about an almond(shaked) tree and being diligent(shoked).
We know that Genesis and Jeremiah were written in Hebrew, but when
researching Shem Tob's Matthew, scholars have found that Shem Tob's
version also contains these Hebrew word puns. Matthew 9:8 it contains saw (vayir'u) and feared ( vayir'u). Matthew 12: 13-15 it say, and he stretched out ( vayet) and he turned (vayet).
Matthew 18:23-35 in the parable of debt, it say to pay five time, to
pay(shalem), and at the end of the parable it say complete(shalem).
Another common belief among scholar is that Matthew was written in
Aramaic, then Greek. In the Aramaic text it reads “Givra” in the place
of husband. “Givra” meaning father.

about Matthew being written in Hebrew. If you have two hours free one

I’m with you Rabbi Tovia, I don’t eat water cockroach either. They are not tasty, the people that say they are delicious are just tasting the melted butter and the condiments. If you eat it just boiled is tasteless and feels like a plastic sponge. I did eat them once and always wondered why I was sick for weeks after eating them. But B’ H I don’t anymore.

I didn't catch where Tovia said he was diving?is it off the coast of the peninsula of Malaysia in Jakarta? is that the "Indian Ocean"? In Ezekiel 40-48, Ezekiel describes an enormous new temple (chapters 40-42).
The glory of God returns (chapter 43), sin sacrifices are resumed (chapters 44-46), and the land is restored to the people of Israel (chapters 47-48).
The hearts of the people will have been changed (Ezekiel 36:26-27), and even Gentiles have a place in the restored kingdom (Ezekiel 47:22).
The land will be ruled by a prince, who is mentioned several times in chapter 46 (verses 2, 4, 8, 10, and 12).
The Prince is not a earthly man and his sons it's about spiritual adoption in Jesus Christ, when we accept Jesus Christ we become sons of God through Jesus Christ.

Just one thing. It's hard not to notice the repetitious use of the word "geneOlogy" of which there's no such thing. It's "GeneAlogy", and one would take them more seriously if they used proper English.
There is an issue not discussed. God says over and over leading into this that He himself will shepherd his people in response the the false shepherds. In what sense is God shepherding his people himself unless THE DAVID type as king and shepherd is somehow also divine? I think it's telling that God condemns the false shepherds saying I myself will shepherd Israel myself over and over and then a bookending phrase 'I will set DAVID as shepherd" and 'I will set DAVID as King' long after David died. And what's it around? The New Covenant and the Dry bones resurection. I like the Princes Temple, people continuously streaming in one side and streaming out the other from various sides and 'The Prince will be with them'. I'm fine with David as a type of the Messiah and the Messiah a descendant of David. I'm fine with the Messiah representing his people's sins in a substitutional representational way.

To say that a son of David is the prince, is to completely ignore this prophecy:
Therefore prophesy, and say unto them: Thus saith the Lord YeHoWaH: Behold, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, O My people; and I will bring you into the land of Israel. And ye shall know that I am YeHoWaH, when I have opened your graves, and caused you to come up out of your graves, O My people. And I will put My spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I will place you in your own land; and ye shall know that I YeHoWaH have spoken, and performed it, saith YeHoWaH.' (Ezekiel 37:12-14)
If Israel is resurrected, as this prophecy says, how can you say the prince will be a son of David and not David himself? Why would YeHoWaH not choose David to sit on his own throne?

Sandra this is the mass resurrection of the dead that the righteous will enjoy that happens at some point after the messiah comes. None of this at all refutes saying the messiah is the prince here.
Israel isn't resurrected
Israel the nation has returned to Israel (whoever isn't their already has retirned). They have temple and world has peace and worldwide knowledge of G-d amd then after Wee this mass resurrection of the dead. People who were righteous in the past and died (I am expecting my grandma and other family members) will come back and get to enjoy living in and enjoying the messianic age

Christians with a pre-millennial viewpoint sometimes interpret 'the Prince' as a resurrected David. The Ezekiel sacrifices are seen as memorials to the Messiah's self-sacrifice. No animal sacrifice is understood to atone for sin (Hebrews 10:14) but they serve as pointers to the sacrifice of Yeshua that atones for the sin of all people for all time (if he is accepted as Messiah by an individual).
Christianity as written in the New Testament, is so nonsensical that when a rational person tries to follow along, they will find themselves descending into a world of contradictions, deception and utter lunacy. It is very depressing as well.
The Tanakh, on the other hand, is like an amazing breeze of sweet fresh air that's alive with the spirit of Hashem flowing through my soul.
As a Torah pursuant Believer in Mashiach I also used to be confused as to who was the prince described in Ezekiel. It seemed as there was a contradiction b/w Hebrews and Ezekiel. However, once I read and wrote down the dates when Ezekiel had his visions, one will finally understand that the vision described in chapters 40:1 - 48:35 were on the 25 year of their captivity. While chapters 17-30 on their 27 year of captivity. Then contrast chapters 1:1-2 to 7:27 in the 30th year of their captivity, 32-39 during the 12 year of their captivity,etc.Not only that but the Temple in Ezekiel has ten items not described in the first Temple. Ezekiel's temple was a proposal given by ABBA thru Ezekiel if the people would turn from their idolatry, but they did not. You know very well that the Hellenized Jews tried to keep Ezekiel out from the Scripture. Since Ezekiel was a scroll just like the others it was easy for them to compromise and place the order of the books in a way that would point to the future construction of a third temple. But even the dimensions and artifacts being prepared by the Temple Institute are not as they are described in Ezekiel's vision.
Read your Scriptures and you will find that we are being fleeced yet again. Let no man or woman deceive us, the hour grows late. Let us be Bereans. When Mashiach returns He will be the Mashiach of War and will set everything correct in the meantime, let us not deny His final and perfect Atonement for all sinners. HalleluYAH!
Can you elaborate on the initiatives of the Temple Institute? Are they making all those gold artefacts in order to get larger donations of money?

The WORD of THE ALMIGHTY, always come to past.
The blessing Prophecy of Kind David, is partly about HIS kingdom, and partly about the male line. After the Dedication of the Temple, a response for Hashem to King Solomon's request that the should always be a male on the throne. The declaration that this is only if read (1Kings 9) regarding the response. When Solomon fails and is told by Hashem that the kingdom is to divided because of the great sin. But not in the life time of K. Solomon(because of the promise to his father, David.)
Next the prophecies declare that this earth will be destroyed. Isaiah 64 and 65. and many more times.
Next, the Temple described by Ezekiel in shown a room for the FEET of THE LORD, where HE WILL RESIDE AMONG HIS CHILDEN FOR EVER. Ezekiel 43:7
So if the Room is for ever, it cannot be on this Earth, which is to be destroyed.

says his father is Jacob, but in Luke it's He'li. Doesn't add up. Second problem. Read Matthew 1:17; 17 All
the generations, then, from Abraham until David were fourteen

generations, and from the deportation to Babylon until the Christ
fourteen generations.It say that all the generations from Babylon to Christ are fourteen generations. There is one generation missing. Some might think that they forgot to
put in He'li, but that won't make it work either. In Luke it tells you a
completely different family line starting from David. I do believe
there is an answer to this.
First thing you must know is that Matthew was originally written in
Hebrew. Among scholars, it was determined that New Testament if not
parts were written in Hebrew . Nehemia Gordon, a Dead Sea Scroll
scholar, in research, came across a book written by an early Jewish man
named Shem-Tob. In the book he refutes Catholicism arguing that they
really don't follow the teachings of Jesus, and and the end of the book
he included a Hebrew version of the Gospel of Matthew in Hebrew. Many
refer to this book of Matthew as Shem-Tob's Hebrew Matthew.
In the Hebrew language, a dot can change the word. While translating
Matthew into Greek a translator could easily take no note of a dot, jot
or tittle, and therefore he mistranslates a word. In the Hebrew
language, a dot can change the word from Husband to Father. So what it
should read in Matthew is; “Jacob became father to Joseph the father of Mary, of whom Jesus was born, who is called Christ.” Mary's fathers name was Joseph, and she married a man by the name of Joseph.
Mary was apart of David's kingly line, not Joseph her husband. If you
read in Luke, it say Nathan son of David. Nathan wasn't a king, whereas
in Matthew it reads David became father to Sol'omon. Sol'omon who was
king. We know that Joseph, the Husband of Mary was not the father of
Jesus, so to keep the promise to David that Jesus would come through the
kingly line, a woman would have to birth the Messiah. This also gives you the fourteenth generation, making Matthew all add up.

Another reason why I'm not keen on animal sacrifice is because you had to be covered to spill blood, so you had to belong to a certain type of priestly line. How could the Jews reinstate that line after 2000 years with no historical records? Also, spilling blood is unclean. King David was not allowed to build the first temple because he had been a warrior who spilt blood. Surely, I can conclude that animal sacrifice is not really what God wants but he wants clean hands and clean heart. Isaiah 1:15 and 16. Isaiah 1: 11 “The multitude of your sacrifices- what are they to me?” says the LORD. “I have more than enough of burnt offerings, of rams and the fat of fattened animals; I have no pleasure in the blood of bulls and lambs and goats.😮
Finding very exciting things on the intranet of some areas in Judaism who also think animal sacrifice has come to an end. I truly hope so:

We are all aware of who is a priest and who is a levite. That has not been lost at all amongst our nation. They still have some duties too. Every synagogue will have the priests at the right time of the year come to the front and give us their priestly blessings. They all avoid cemeteries. They are called up first to the Torah and more. We are not lacking our priests and levites. You haven't done much research at all. We though live amongst them all in our community. We can all tell you who amongst our friends and classmates and local synagogues are the priests and levites

That is my view as well. According to John 4, Jesus even said salvation is from the Jews. He said Gentiles don't know what they worship. I think all the writings of Judaism say that all the nations will learn from the Jews (during the final redemption), all the world will be uplifted, thanks to the Jewish nation. Incidentally, women will play a pivotal role.
Animal sacrifice is also old and belongs to another era. Let's have a high tech temple and resurrect, cleanse, destroy the chaff with unquenchable fire, turn matter into energy, exorcise all unclean spirits. Let's make our bodies acceptable unto the lord and have bodies of light.

The concept is not at all confusing since Christ became sin on our behalf although he wasn't a sinner. The symbolism is employed in the same fashion when Moses lifted up the serpent.
