This is in fact the first kickstarter I have ever backed. I'm scared to back all the larger games because of the high risk, but I absolutely love point salad, and AEG/Flatout has been on a roll. I only backed Point City, Deep Dive looks just a bit too light for me, but I'm stoked for this
Pledged for both Deep Dive and Point City, love that I can find out how this plays before the KS delivers! I did test Deep Dive at PaxU so that was a no dome just pledge.
We have really enjoyed this one a ton it does seem to fall into the sweet spot of being fast but actually building a little engine you can make use of still before the game is over
I don’t know if this was a me thing, but I was looking for this playthrough and it wasn’t coming up through search/when I went to your page. I had to click the link in the Kickstarter. Wanted to let you know in case it messes with y’all’s analytics!!
I just started watching but I wanted to say this looks like point salad with splendor. I love point salad but detest Splendor. (I played it a dozen times and just couldn't enjoy it even though i enjoy engine builders).
Copy that your assessment isn’t wrong. For us, the theme of making your little city feels a lot more satisfying than “get these jewels spending THESE jewels” so we dig this as a quick engine builder
I'd like to support it but paying for something that won't release in a long while seems like a bad investment in the short term. (Even though it's for a good cause, I can't get myself to do it 😭)
Very nice, this seems like quicker and more fun version of Splendor. GG
Yup yup!
Love the Jean-Ralphio vibes in Mike's city
Thanks for the video, guys. I pledged for both Point City and Deep Dive.
Wahoo!
Just got my copy today, and this is a great refresher! Thanks for the coverage of this title. Cheers
Have fun!

I really liked point salad as a filler game, but I think point city looks even better! Awesome XD

Awesome video! I am SO excited to get this game. I backed both, but this is definitely the one I’m most excited about
Thanks Bros! Backing me some Point City now!
That Cold Open nearly had me in tears 🤣
This seems to have a bit of a Splendor or Space Explorers feel with paying the resources to get cards mechanism
Great job guys
I know this is a promoted video but do you think this could be the quick engine builder ‘holy grail’ you blokes have been searching for?

We appreciate the heads up! It’s set to public now so we should be set!

Can’t be trusted

Backed :)
This is very similar to splendor
yeah it's another quick engine builder. We like this theme a lot better
Point Splender
In all the best ways
mah spinny head fx pleaze.

I'm buying them once they release for sure though 👍
Yeah doing the Kickstarter route isn’t for everyone. Some don’t mind the wait but by all means wait for them to release to retail :)
There are some Kickstarter promos, but it's not much.
