I've been a massive fan of Sinead's since I first bought Lion and the cobra way back in 1987. Sinead had the best voice I've ever heard. Luckily I got to see Sinead live a few times and I can honestly say that she sounded the same live as she does on CD. I have all Sinead's albums and if I had to pick a favourite it would be 'Universal Mother'. My all time favourite album. The album has every emotion, love, anger, strength and gentleness. I read 'Rememberings' in one sitting, couldn't put it down. Thank you for this amazing interview.
Thank you for curating this. I am still down the rabbit hole since her passing. My heart hurts for never having personally known her, but her music was an incredible expression of her emotions.

Having just bought the E-Book of Sinead's memoir Rememberings and the Audible version her book is a wonderful insight into her life. For anyone who is a fan of her music her memoir is highly recommended.
Thanks for posting this. It is a great interview to add to an earlier revealing interview that was posted where she was much younger but mentioned similar things (abortions, struggling to align love with sex, religion, abuse). I was happy to learn in your interview that she had solved many of her earlier struggles. She was always so open and articulate.
I wish I personally knew Sinead. I am also Irish and my mother could have told stories like Sineads. Please everyone listen to Sinead. She's so true in everything she says.I wish she could have spoke to me about life. ❤ Rip beautiful Lady. And live long wherever you are now. Xxx

I tell you something that is really strange! My neighbors did the same thing only it was for the Muscular Dystrophy Telethon "Jerry's Kids." Find a cure for muscular dystrophy. My neighbor had her kids go door to door asking for money for Jerry's Kids and they had official plastic containers from Jerry Lewis's telethon. They would go door to door getting money for Jerry only they put the money in a huge glass jar they had at home. They had it filled with money. I saw the plastic containers on my friend's dresser and I said you didn't turn that in. They got mad at me for that!
