very informative. I have question. I also have startup, when we try introduce our service/product to them in their physical store we cant directly talk to the business owner, they are usually not available since they has employees who will operates the business, it is also similar to online like facebook, we message them but its not the business owner who read and receives our message. So whats the best way to talk to the business owner if this is the case?
