I’m having trouble. I’ve been working a job for a while, well a few I should say. For some odd reason I keep thinking to myself I need to do better especially for my family. Because when my mom gets old or my dad does I have to take care of them and my children and my wife. I’m very responsible and always work towards it even more everyday. I try and try but this stuff gets confusing I really don’t want to give up or look at a glass wall anymore. Open source exists.
Most common open source licenses I'm aware of are not against your profiting off their software.
You will have to read the actual license to know this, though.
That being said, I cannot find Podium's official open-sourced code for their platform, so I doubt it's a thing.

@@vigilantezack it’s a question, not an attack. Why are you getting defensive on behalf of someone else that you don’t even know?
To use your example, if someone is teaching you how to flip houses, you would expect them to either be flipping houses currently or to have successfully flipped houses in the past. If someone is telling you can make $1m/year flipping houses and they’ve never done it, you’re just a silly naive person if you just nod in agreement and sign up to whatever offer they put in your face.
This guy may be legit, or may not be. If he gave me the same answer you did then I would conclude that he’s not legit and just says anything to get affiliate commissions from GHL.

People can share opportunities that exist in the world, because there are 10 million of them. It doesn't mean he has to personally be doing it also.
Second, most all businesses run essentially the same way; find people with a need, provide a solution. Apply that to anything. The rest is logistics, marketing, sales, etc. A person who can successfully run one business can run many, which is why a lot of business owners do have multiple businesses and entrepreneurs typically have many.
Just because this business can be built to $xx/month doesn't mean he wants to. It takes time and effort and maybe he likes his other businesses better?
I find this kind of attack silly because some ignorant person on EVERY video like this has to say the same thing; "well if this job were so good why aren't YOUUUUUUUU doing it HAA gotcha derp derp"
It just gets annoying.
