yes luna voice is not voice changer..but she speaks like that on purpose (playing character)..there is few ocations where she talks normally and she has way deeper voice
Luna knows that alot of people find her annoying with her voice and loudness. And she uses that to annoy people to the fullest. When you know that, shes so many times funnier haha
