Okayu in a nutshell: Mogu mogu, i'm hungry!
She is one of the most chill members of Hololive (along with Ina, I'd say), but she's not the last one to bring chaos during collaborations. Despite building up the image of a cool prankster, Okayu has a reputation for being one of the nicest and most polite talents IRL.
She's also a harem protagonist, but everybody knows that she only loves Korone.
Okayu is a great example of being positively affected by people around you, from her close friendships among Hololive to her fans praising her voice (she didn't like it at first...and now, listen to her songs!)/calm attitude/lack of "fanservice" (*ahem* on that one, though).
* At 12:45 they're playing Pico Park and I don't think I've ever seen Okayu being bullied as much as she was during this collab... the cat tasting her own medicine... it's a great stream to watch!
