The fact that they took the crafting level requirement off this shit is wild- it completely invalidates the time and effort I put into hitting 250 crafting.
Time and gold is how you level up professions. You don’t need both. Smart players leveled up a couple professions to make gold and then used gold to level up others instead of wasting time.
Weaver's fen has the 10% refining bonus. Mourningale has the +5 crafting bonus, it also lets you substitute some cheaper matts when up cuz of the bonus.
Here I was slowly and happily grinding out my 250 armor/weapon crafting, having a great time and very excited to get to produce best equipment for my team again- holy dang this is kinda mind blowing. Hurts a bit honestly, but thanks for the video!

I was crafting daily prismatic ingots, leather, and planks, then I looked at their price and it was significantly less then the materials to make them, so make sure to check on ur server, buy orders might just be the way
I’m pretty sure when you make this type of gear it’s bind on pickup so you’re not able to sell it, so there is still reason to grind to top level trade skills
Hiya! This is end-game gear, as mentioned in the video. This is not for the every day beginner - this is top-quality, final gear, and the intense grind in order to get this is justified due to the fact that it’s “perfect”. Do not expect to get BiS gear without investing time and/or gold!

Why am I not seeing any of the raid gear as an option to craft? I’ve completed the raid and have some of the gear drops. Do I need to be holding all the required mats for it to show up?
Thought I was gonna have to go craft a thousand starmetal greatswords to hit level 250. Takes away a huge grind don’t know if I like that better or not

Depending on the prices on your server, might be worth it, but for mine it’s still worth crafting yourself (especially with the fort bonus and gear for potential extra procs).

@@Savvvo which is kinda frustrating because you literally need absolutely every buff, every gear piece and 3 houses with all major trophies just to craft a damn 700gs piece WITH A DAMN AZOTH INDUCTOR. its dumb.
The ugly truth is ... having a full set of 725 armor is only about 1.5% better than having a full set of 700 armor. For weapons, 725's only do about 3% more damage than 700s. I forget what TH-camr and hard core player crunched the numbers, but 725 isn't really needed. First thing you should do is run in, get a Coconut, get out, and upgrade an artifact weapon to 725 and then you can do the Hive all day long (you get 3 drops a week from the bosses, and they give good 725 gear, which is loot biased) and you can do just fine. It's more about having 700 GS, trophies, but most importantly, KNOWING the mechanics to complete.
On my server you can't get in the gorgon raid with anyone unless you've already done it. With proof and proof of gear, etc. So yeah it's a no win. At least for now
If you feel you can perform make your own raid. This is how you do this type of content in amy mmo honestly with a gear score system, or pay for a carry, but who does that. Also, being in a company, especially if its still progression, if youre willing to wipe people usually are lenient
Refining doesn’t seem worth it to me. On Draco, a prismatic ingot costs 370 gold, but the materials to craft one total 409 gold. Even with the 10% crafting yield bonus, the cost would be 368 gold (0.9 x 410), leaving almost no profit if my math is correct. When you factor in the cost of leveling up refining, it just doesn’t seem worthwhile.
Sandwurm is a 20-man raid, and it’s more difficult than the hive of gorgons. Not really many pug groups around that yet, since even some organized groups are struggling getting the rhythm down!
I don't think people understand just how much work goes into and time is needed to make an MMORPG. Almost EVERY MMO lacked proper endgame content in their early years. I am sure we will be getting more raids, dungeons etc as the game progresses. I will say, what the devs need to do right now is give us the roadmap that was promised so we have a more concise timeline(or any at all tbf) on what to expect and when. I have put hundreds of hours into this game and havent even gotten to a point that I am ready and geared to do the raid yet. For the $60 I paid for this and getting hundreds of hours out of it, I would say it is worth it and am excited to see what other new raids and content we get in the future.
Forgot to mention that the only way to craft these is to run the raids... And the only way to run the raids is if you find 10 people willing to run it. And those 10 have to be decent too cause if one sucks then it's a waste of time... And these raids take 30-mins to 1 hr to run if you run it successfully with randoms.... AGs made this game raid only for end game content

I honestly agree. I was like lvl 17 or something and it let me craft this, then gave me like 150 weaponsmithing levels 😂

You need max lvl to craft matrix items that are mandatory for every max upgrade.. you can buy it from other players but is pretty expensive

Not for these. You just need the Gorgon essence in your inventory and then they will show up to craft.

My big issue is doing the daily prismatic crafts. Having the base materials is super expensive to make. Feel like I'm better off just buying it.

You don’t need the schematic for this. You need to use your Gorgon inductor to craft the Gorgon essence, then the 725 gear recipes will appear.
