Sometimes, simple things can make a big difference during menopause and there are a few hacks which I found especially helpful during my own menopause, which may help you too.
Thank you for all of the reminders! All of them are very helpful! I did some things that might help others. I down sized my Christmas tree! I went from one huge tree that was too much to handle and took up so much room that it made me nervous, to two super thin pencil trees that I put in two corners of my dining room. They don’t take up much space, they are small enough for me to put up and down alone, and they look amazing. Also with clothes purchases, I repeat buy. If there are pants and tees that I love I buy one in every color. I guess they become signature looks and I know what I’m getting! I love my daily planner! It’s a lifesaver! I bought pretty markers and it comes with stickers, so it really is fun and motivating. I roast one chicken a week. I put the bones in a crockpot after I’ve shredded the meat for the week. I cover the bones with water, put in a few veggies and I let it go for 24 hours. The best bone broth! I have found it much harder to look put together. Regular haircuts have been a lifesaver. You can schedule multiple haircuts (even a year’s worth!) in advance. Take your planner with you when you make all of your advanced appointments. You’ll be ready for everything! Weddings, vacations, holidays etc. Thank you for your tips! I hope mine help too. Women helping women is so important.❤
Wow! I have been decluttering, organizing, throwing stuff away, etc for a couple of months now. I have been wondering why I have started doing this besides that I find it relaxing. Especially throwing away stuff. This all makes so much sense to me now. Thank you for the tips. 🤪
If I could give this multiple thumbs up, I would. Thank you so much for all this information that you provide for us. You help me feel like I can manage all of this a lot better.
