I totally remember one of these games for NES I used to play with my baby bro. What a challenge it was and we didn’t mind playing over and over dying at the same spot. I also remember playing one of these, or one close to it on a video arcade regularly at the Disneyland Starcade.
Theres been a lot of decent collections coming out this era, this one might be one of the best. No games missing, tons of care of love, interesting extras. What more do you need
all the tricks listed here are available in emulation (and should be a minimum for any official collection). the biggest QUESTIONS for me would be how good scanlines and blurring to simulate the original CRT graphics and the original music and voices.

@@ssaunders1122 Is that person just trolling? That's over the top!
@@ssaunders1122 Yea it is. I was worried for a second, because I thought that from the video the games looked like rgt was initially displaying with a large border and small screen of the actual gameplay, but he later clarified that you can adjust the size of the screen and all that.
Now if we could get a Marvel collection with X-Men, X-Men clone wars, captain America, venom, carnage you name it.
Dreams do come true. Me and my brother were playing turtles in time on cfw PS3 and it crashed and we were hoping in future we something like this.
I was afraid the emulstion would be as barebones as previous Konami collectios, glad to see they upped their game!
Finally can beat Manhattan project with my older bro. Never could finish it as kids
Cowabunga! I'm finally buying my first game on release day this year! And arguably the 2nd favorite SNES game (behind Super Smash TV). Now, I get to play this before Shredder's Revenge physical releases.
The best thing is that cause of the availability of button mapping, I can use the the Switch NES, SNES and Mega Drive controllers on their respective games. Total nostalgia high.
Got my copy today. Although they were absolutely amazed that the arcade game showed 1989 on the title screen, my kids were very excited to play along with me, and we were not dissapointed. They want more old school Turtles.
Gotta get at least 2 physical copies of this immediately. Looks fantastic and it's been decades since I've played these games.
As someone who never played any of the retro titles, I really want to play this collection.
You'll have a great time for sure!😜
Most of these games are mediocre at best
Glad things turned out well for this collection release. Definitely will be checking it out.
Just got my copy in, I'm super excited.
I totally remember one of these games for NES I used to play with my baby bro. What a challenge it was and we didn’t mind playing over and over dying at the same spot. I also remember playing one of these, or one close to it on a video arcade regularly at the Disneyland Starcade.
That is how you do a compilation! Props to the devs!
2.01 secs in the green Konami handheld, I had that.
That’s awesome. The reduce slowdown/flicker options are a pleasant surprise and should greatly improve playability.
I preordered for Switch to play multiplayer with my buddies. After watching this video I’m even more hyped.
Jumping in the car right now to pick up my Switch preorder!
I'm not crying I just have nostalgia in my eye😯😢😭👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I preordered this and Digital Eclipse's Atari 50 as well. This gives me hope that that'll be just as cool.
I bought it today. I’ve been playing the nes version and I’ve been hitting the rewind feature a lot. Good to relive parts of my childhood
The comic books are only the front cover btw he didn't mention that .
Extra cheese sauce and pepperoni please
Theres been a lot of decent collections coming out this era, this one might be one of the best. No games missing, tons of care of love, interesting extras. What more do you need
all the tricks listed here are available in emulation (and should be a minimum for any official collection). the biggest QUESTIONS for me would be how good scanlines and blurring to simulate the original CRT graphics and the original music and voices.
Those extras are impressive! So impressive I’m having trouble expressing how impressive they are. So cool, I can’t wait to look around in there.
Pre-ordered this a while back, won’t be able to pick it up until tomorrow. Someone needs to release a Bucky O’ Hare Collection ASAP.
@@Ihatevideogames334 you’ve got a lot of hate.
3 of the games are tournament fighters???
Picking up my Collector’s Edition for the Switch in a few hours. Can’t wait! Some serious love went into this compilation.
