It's a great idea to have specific days in a month when you clean this, wash bedsheets, wash something else, clean something else, etc. The word you were missing is mental load and having to do list with literally everything is really freeing 🥰

Really feel you with struggling the week before your period, don't know if you've ever read Period Power by Maisie Hill but I found it super helpful. Also interesting that you said you feel like you need to get on top of organising your life because that book is all about paying attention to the niggles and annoyances that come up before your period as it's trying to tell you something. Anyway, love your vlogs! :)
Hi Hannah, I love your videos - so calming to watch! About the headache, I always had a crazy headache after a spa day as well. Until I discovered that it is key to cool yourself after you’ve been in a sauna, including your head. It is intense but after I’ve been doing that I’ve never had headaches again, and it makes you feel very refreshed. Hope this helps! Love from The Netherlands xx

I’ve said before, your videos are so uplifting. You’re an inspiration especially for younger women. Rue is an absolute sweetheart, just love her 💜 She is like a little fox. I have foxes who visit frequently but I can’t let them inside the house as tempting as it is, lol, so maybe I should get a Rue instead 😂 I started buying the Green & Black mint chocolate which you recommended in another video, and I almost eat the whole bar in one go it’s so nice 🙈 I try to eat 90% dark choc if i can though which I know this one isn’t. I do like your eye shadow, it’s very subtle. Which one do you use please? 🙏 x
I struggle with PMS. Trying a few things this month - recommendation from a nutritionist. Seed cycling (different seeds at different phases of menstrual cycle) Angus cactus drops 3x a day I’ve also cut out dairy so I’m much more plant based too!
I suffer too and have also just started seed cycling ! I love seeds anyway but the research around different seeds at different times in your cycle is unbelievable. I hope it works as I feel like most of my life is filled with pre or post cycle symptoms .x

Having a cleaning schedule has changed the game for me! 🤍 I’m a ph.d student and have an apartment in Chicago with my hubs (clearly I have zero time😂) and I sort tasks into weekly/ monthly/ quarterly / yearly tasks! This can be anything from cleaning the oven to doctors appointment. I just write in my calendar on Sundays “weekly tasks” or at the first of the month “monthly tasks”. Setting aside scheduled time takes the mental load off and makes sure nothing in the house gets out of control! 100% recommend!
