Yeah every VC gasket I’ve ever done on a 4cyl weather it was Honda ford or GM or Toyota or whoever the VC gaskets usually include the seals for the spark plug tubes and the proper way is to replace those too but they can be a pain and flat rate techs probably would rather not mess with them
I grew up working on K24s and they made me a fan of Honda. Great video and I like the wide angle FYB
Not hand threading in the spark plugs first is crazy👀
4K goodness. crispy bud.
We love the wide aspect video Bud! Very nice indeed!
Finally found your TH-cam page. Been watching you on FB. Hope you get to the 100k.
Impact for spark plugs for ya bud? Potential cross thread fyb
Your music cracks me up! Kinda reminds me of the old Techline hold music! lol 😂
4k, excellent!
2:22 best moment😂
No new spark plug tube seals for ya bud? Looks like a very manageable engine to work on. Nice video as always we appreciate you dude.
The tube seals last quite a while as long as the valve cover is installed properly. I don't replace them unless I see oil inside the tubes

love the content TE
“He, Hehe”. Where can I get one of those torque wrenches 😂😂😂
How much is this job im trying to get it on my tsx
How many miles on this engine?
103K
What settings do you have on your insta360 go3s? Do you mount it vertically or horizontally?
Good video, bud!
How much that job will cost?
Dig the new video format. For the win bud.
A question- why should i consider replacing spark plugs after 60-80k miles if no miss fire is found? Always love the content.
Bc they're fouled and not burning all the fuel from the cylinder which can lead to massive carbon buildup that can clog your catalytic converter
Think of it like changing underwear: just because you didn't crap yourself, doesn't mean you shouldn't do it.
High tech stuff for ya bud!
You ever stripped a plug using impact wrench ma bud?
Never. I have good control of my tools. Feathering the trigger allows you to control torque output/speed. Not my first rodeo
@@TEVIDEOS I can tell your a pro! There's not a lot of hesitation in your movements You know every tool placement.
Damn my parents just sold/traded theirs, 299k miles never once tuned up. Sounded like a diesel.
tune ups are still a thing?
Oh absolutely. Even modern engine valves get a little loose over time as you saw. They just don't need adjusted near as often.
Just qualiTE (yes it’s not spelled right but it’s spelled correct) 👌
I get what you did there, don’t worry 👍🏾
you're scratching up that nice valve cover
It's completely fine. It's not body paint 😅
As in it's not going to scratch that easily
Why did he have to wait until the temperature dropped ?
Engine was just running so he has to wait for it to cool down to safely work on it.
Nice tool bud
How much that job will cost?
Couldn't tell ya but it pays me 2.3 hours
@@TEVIDEOS took you how long?
