Cold Water Dip (what was I thinking)

I've heard a lot about the benefits of cold water immersion or cold water swimming so for some reason I decided a good time to give it a try would be in the middle of December in a fast flowing beck not too far from home!
Wasn't sure if I'd manage to get in as the water was freezing but did okay to be fair.
