- Join us as we bring you the exclusive on Japan's biggest and best Honda cars meet organized by 'HONDA STYLE', the premier magazine for all things Honda. The 2nd Annual "FUN & RUN" Meeting gathers Honda enthusiasts and owners in one big event held in Sodegaura Forest Raceway on 6th June 2021. The event saw over 500 cars and 1000 over people attend despite the forecasted rain. Circuit experience runs track events also saw a strong turn out of Civic Type R, Integra Type R, S2000, Accord, NSX and also the N One RS One Make race.
Cars of all eras from 60s to current came in what is perhaps the biggest collection of Honda historic cars. N360, S800M, Wonder Civic, Quint Integra, USDM Civic Coupe, Prelude, CRX, Fit, S660, even air cooled 1300 and the original Vamos bare bones Kei vehicle lined up alongside favorites DC2, EG6, EK9, FD2,DC5, S2000 and NSX. Genres of all kinds from full stock (including CaptBradford's car) to circuit tuned, USDM, stance and rarities like the Mugen RR FD2 and Mugen Integra Type R DC2 could be seen. Various car clubs also attended in full force.
Any event would not be official and complete without a host of credible and renowned tuning and aftermarket companies. HCM Sports Garage (Mugen official), Spoon Sports, Seeker, K-TECH Engine Service, Five Mart, Concept, Honda Cars Nozaki along with big names Project μ, Blitz, Motul, Petronas and others ran booths to bring direct information on products and services. On stage, racing drivers held talk shows and the event finished with a meet the fans and sticker give away for a fun filled day of true Japanese style car enthusiasm.

Agreed. I see so many people spending money on aftermarket parts and remaps but then skimp on oil changes?? makes no sense to me!

I advise getting a wide angle lenses for your camera, many of the cars were barely shown because it was zoomed out on the bumpers and stuff

Agree. Looks like the camera man isn't Japonic? Can only see silhouette at 4:11. It will be great if the camera man stands further from Captain and zoom in when required. So the car in discussion can be seen as a whole.

Man, it took me a moment to realise the Gran Turismo BGM you had going on there, it just felt normal. As a Honda owner (nothing fancy unfortunately) and fan, I thoroughly enjoyed this dosage! Thanks for bringing it to us!
Loved the whole video Cap. I’m all for the civic/integra, S2000 content. The JDM specific models like the s660s and fd2s are always interesting to learn about wish we had them here. It’s funny to see the usdm following, “the grass is always greener” I suppose. I like seeing what the Japanese aftermarket is doing too. Keep up the good work.

I had an 86 crx si with a 1.5 ew motor. Awesome engine. Also had a dohc zc civic with a greddy turbo kit. I miss that car.

I have poor man's Ej2, but I am happy with it and rust with it. Even low end classic or mid range Hondas go up high in prices. Regards to ALL Honda fans ^^
The USDM scene there is pretty accurate and seeing a RHD EJ coupe is pretty mind boggling (if it was factory).
They were right hand drive for the Australian market, badged here as a Vti or Vti-R, the later which came with the American market Si body kit and glorious 118kw B16.

I don't mean to be picky but I suggest not playing background music when interviewing people. It can be annoying/distracting at times. If you do decide to do it please make it a lot quieter than the people speaking. Cheers.

@@nothing2see315 Up until a few years ago when Toyota took the crown Honda was regarded as the most reliable manufacturer by a number of different sources
Rik Powell They had transmission recalls and airbag recalls and you'll have a hard time finding a 2003-2010 Honda with 300,000km where as Toyota is very common to see 400,000km and even Ford and Chevy with 300,000 but rarely do I see hondas with those numbers. The engines would be capable of it but you have to spend thousands on brakes and other things like that to get there and it isn't worth it.
Rik Powell The 2010 accords had major brake issues and the transmissions are better but still having problems, the last three hondas I've had have had brake, clutch, and electrical problems none of which the mechanics could ever figure out and I'm done with Honda. They're junk now. (2 of the 3 hondas I've owned burned more oil than gas and I had to check the clutch fluid as much as the oil cause it evaporates or something idk where the hell it went but it wrecked my brand new clutch with less than 10,000km on it and I don't drive like an asshole I just figure the clutch fluid and clutch was fixed after I spent $2000 on it so didn't check the fluid until one day my clutch dropped to the floor and I couldn't get it into gear, clutch is fucked again and I'm done trying to be a mechanic just to get to work)

Please make a presentation about Honda Prelude 4th generation. The materials about Nsx , S2000 , Fd2 and other cars are the most complete I ever saw and full of informations no one ever revealed before.
7:45 my dad used to have the same USDM Accord but a sedan in dark blue colour he bought it from my uncle. Such a great car. And now my dad has a 2014 Accord in black colour. Few months ago my mom was driving alone the Accord to pick up my brother who was at Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) on the highway and she was involved in an accident caused by a sudden maneuver by a truck in front of her. The car spun a number of times end up crashing into a barrier. Thank God my mom was okay eventhough she suffered minor injuries and traumatized. The car were damaged (front end were badly wrecked but the chassis is still fine while the rear is also damaged)but thankfully the engine can be fixed. Now it's almost done for it's restoration process and my dad have a plan by changing the colour to white and put some aftermarket JDM wheels for it. Can't wait to see how it turns out!!
