Day 17 6-16-16 We cross over to the other side of the mountain to Valemount, British Columbia and find a nice campground and decide to get some travel rest.

wow! The area looks so remote but it is gorgeous scenery. Too bad some of the animals passing through have to be put down.I enjoyed this very much.

Very remote but then they also have to protect the campers from the wildlife, which can be very aggressive.

Very wise to take a days rest. It reminds me of motorcyclists' philosophy when traveling. Ride 3 days then stop for a day. If not, it is not safe to continue riding. You picked a pretty place to rest for the day.
