Salvation's Edge 2-3 Skip in Under 2 Minutes

Room for improvement in both execution and routing but I wanted a sub 2 before I looked for more optimizations. Had to edit over original audio because it was music blocked in all countries.

Used the tactic from warlords ruin speedrun with Lumina and followed up with a tactic from duality speedrun, just a checkpoint hit that you do in most OOBs to get back and after that it's the normal way. Doesn't sound to crazy to me😂

I found this on day one got bored of being stuck at 2nd encounter sadly though. You can't get through the door. At least not that I could find.

People call that pitty ammo, when u have 2 special with zero or extremely low amount of ammo Bungie magically give you a bit, but I find the time it takes for that to happen is a bit inconsistent

I'm assuming since the door doesn't open when doing this skip, that your intended method is to cram this in during a run of the boss fight for full clear WR pacing

or is this transition being done AS 1st enc is happening, and u have to be ready to hit dissipation cp (after clipping back in to hit warren) after 2nd starts to cancel join allies? and then just follow route as normal? or do i have this all wrong?

@@Susheiythe route would be 0-1, 5 people do 1st while you do 1-2, 5 people do 2nd while you do 2-3, and then everyone does 3rd until last area where you have 2? doing 3-4, and then someone does 4-5 and pulls ghosts after everyone dies by doing the little door open thing at the entrance of the witness arena

when you are running 2 special weapons, and both have run out of ammo completely, the game will give you some special for both after a while. It takes forever for you to gain the ammo if i remember correctly, so it's more of an anti-softlocking feature than a way to generate special ammo reliably, but it can be used for niche cases like this.

Why is everyone commenting about how the door doesn't open lol. That's how raids have worked for years. Your fireteam leaves; door opens (ooooh magic); then they rejoin. Also, this is one of the most fun skips in the game. The root of nightmares skips are mid honestly
