You can cancel a part of the reload animation on your rocket launcher, jump / get up once the rocket is in the tube

I buyed the Pass with the Explosive crossbow i hope i didnt make a misstake
Crossbow is incredible, just practice with it a bit and you'll see how strong it can be against all the factions.
