  • Thanks to Leo and the team at LP Electronics for their amazing work with my ham radio tower project - lpinternet.ca/
If you need a ham radio tower installed in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, or PEI, call Leo and the team. They will take care of everything.
Who Installs Amateur Radio Towers in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island?
When you're ready to elevate your amateur radio hobby with a dedicated tower, it's crucial to find skilled and reliable installers familiar with the unique landscape and weather conditions of the Canadian Maritimes. Several expert companies specialize in erecting amateur radio towers in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. These professionals ensure a safe and secure installation and provide valuable advice on the optimal location and tower type for your specific needs, considering the regional requirements.
LP Electronics from Prince Edward Island has garnered attention and praise for its meticulous and professional approach to tower installations. They have a proven track record, particularly evident from their superb work installing Hexbeam antennas and other sophisticated equipment, delivering outstanding results in urban and remote settings. With their knowledgeable crew, you can expect a friendly and efficient experience from start to finish.
Choosing the K4KIO Hexbeam over others.
I selected the KIO Technology Hexbeam antenna over other options in the ham radio community for several compelling reasons. First and foremost, the owner, K4KIO, is an exceptional individual to work with. His openness to communication and unwavering support set him apart in the industry. Whether you have questions during the selection process or need assistance post-installation, K4KIO is always available for guidance and help. This level of customer service instills confidence and ensures that any issues or concerns are promptly addressed, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
The KIO Technology Hexbeam antenna also stands out for its superior design and performance. The Hexbeam is renowned for its compact size, making it suitable for various installation environments, from urban rooftops to rural backyards. Despite its smaller footprint, it offers excellent gain and front-to-back ratio, which translates to better signal reception and transmission. The antenna's robust construction and high-quality materials ensure durability and longevity, even in the harsh weather conditions typical of the Canadian Maritimes. These features, combined with K4KIO's exceptional customer support, make the KIO Technology Hexbeam antenna ideal for novice and experienced ham radio enthusiasts.
LP Electronics Also Installed My EFHW Antennas At 40 Feet
LP Electronics also ensured my EFHW antennas from myantennas.com were optimally set up on the tower. They installed both the 80m and 40m EFHW antennas at the 40-foot mark, positioning them at 90-degree right angles to each other. This strategic setup maximizes the tower's efficiency in covering the lower bands and provides a robust backup for the higher bands if ever needed. The expertise and precision of LP Electronics in handling these installations were evident, as they meticulously ensured everything was securely mounted and perfectly aligned for optimal performance.
My tower can now support a wide range of frequencies by having the 80m and 40m EFHW antennas installed in this configuration. This setup enhances my ability to work the lower bands effectively, allowing for greater flexibility and versatility in my amateur radio operations. Additionally, having a reliable backup for the higher bands ensures uninterrupted communication, even if primary systems encounter issues. LP Electronics' comprehensive installation service has significantly bolstered my radio setup, making it more resilient and capable across various bands.

Hex beam !! I've been out of the game for too long! I thought it was a dish, I was wondering why you would need that on a tower.
But nice to see you get a tower up and running.

By the looks of it the bucket truck operators are not much into safety. Person in the bucket isn’t wearing a full body harness and lanyard, groundman not wearing a helmet and isn’t attached to the tower 100% of the time climbing with coax in hand instead of a nosebag and not wearing a helmet, luckily nothing happened yet. LP Electronics needs to think about their safety.
