    2. Fear, don't get afraid unnecessarily- say stop to ur brain or sit in vagrasanam
    3. Physical relaxation: exercise - be busy all the time...if u don't do anything u will get negative thoughts.
    4. Mental relaxation: mental exercise
    Looking at fav scenary, sitting at fav spot, geography channel
    Yoga, meditation, hypnotism
    5. Emotional relaxation: spend time with mom, kids
    6. Spiritual relaxation: Spend time with God, temple- positive vibrations, help poor people or someone - service

    Dear Sir, This video is good. I watched some videos of your goodself. I realized so much. I faced a problem sir. Any action not completed in time I suddenly disappointed. So much nervous and headache. I felt very sad and angry on my family. I never come to reality for 2 to 3 hours. some times 2 to 3 days also. I didn't bear any difficulty situation. Left side nerves of head are aching highly. Please give a suggestion to overcome as early.

If am not wrong.. now-a-days these type of lectures are becoming more and more, like Motivational speeches, Stress management, how to earn money, MBBS in abroad, on line Degrees, like these so many are there. Sir kindly tell me( I am a senior citizen ), were these type of lectures available 20-30 years back. Why an individual, an Adult going/passing through this situation. By having direct or indirectly (TH-cam) can an individual sustain contents and maintain in his carrier.Let us have an example, by watching a Motivational speech how many are changing there life. Are these genuine, worth and practicable. Respected Sir "The youth is missing (something) there soul, they feel themselves hollow, they feel themselves nothing". Why youth is running behind..
