Thank you for your very clear explanations. As an independent trainer and facilitator I sometimes use Jamboard. The advantage is that it is super easy for people not familiar with these tools to understand how it works. My favorite is Mural. It's way more powerful than Jamboard but it takes a few minutes for people who have never used it to understand how it works. As for Ms Whiteboard, I tried it once but was very disappointed. It can only be used by collaborators of the host's organization. External visitors cannot collaborate in this whiteboard. For me it's a non starter. I always use boards with clients. Microsoft has been claiming for months that this limitation would disappear but it looks like it's still there.

Hi Marc, thanks for the feedback, especially for pointing out the limitation of MS Whiteboard that I have missed in my video! Is there anything in particular that makes you prefer Mural over Miro? I find the two whiteboards similar, in the sense that whatever you need to do you'll be able to do it with one or the other. I have the feeling that one will probably stick with the one of the two that you try first. You get used to it and then you keep using it. Is there any major feature of Mural that you prefer over Miro?

@@EnricoZamparo In fact I have never used Miro as a facilitator so I can't compare it with Mural. As you said I tried Mural, loved it and stuck with it One thing I love in Mural: the ability for participants to head directly to a specific part of the board using the Outline feature. I always divide my murals in various areas that I lock and insert in the Outline mode. This way no one ever gets lost.

The biggest weak points for the new zoom whiteboard are 1. that there is no ability to bring in background (unmovable) images and 2. people without zoom accounts can't see any images that you have posted on the white board. They can see everything else but not images.

Hey, Zoom has been releasing a few updates already to its whiteboard, so I'm sure they'll soon fix all issues and add new features
