Kevin Callens yeah I picked it and was well aware that he knew that that’s what I chose because there was a pause there because of like a cut in the cards or osmbtin
When he talks about the learning process, all learning processes happen during sleep, that's why practicing something for a long period of time without sleeping in between is not the most effective way, and that's why you leave something and the day after that it works better, the most effective way of learning something that involves the use of muscles is to learn to the point of frustration, then going a little bit further, then stop, a good night sleep, and repeat the other day. Also taking breaks, 1 hour practice, 15 minutes relaxation. You thank me later.

Haha, totally. He flashed the 7 diamonds about 8 times in that little riffle, but I saw the Jack of Spades and was like "ok that's my card. Bring it on"... Then a brief disappointment as he produced the card, followed by laughter at the twist. v. nice.
i wasn't even paying attention and randomly chose 7 of diamonds to catch him out but somehow i got unlucky... What you said about relaxing and coming back to a practiced move is something neuroscientist David Huberman talks about. Through fMRIs, it was found that taking a break after an intense practice your brain is still actively repeating the movements and very rapidly. Like building muscle, it's during the recovery period the neuroplasticity occurs that enables movement to become 2nd nature. There's also a practice technique for playing piano where you repeat a pattern for 25 minutes, then rest for 5 minutes doing absolutely nothing. Then repeat the process. Those 5 minutes of recovery dramatically improve the desired technique.

You’re right on with taking breaks. Anytime I’ve made progress on guitar over the years it was after taking a few days off when learning a new technique. Your subconscious gets time to process it when you’re in a relaxed state
Yep, been playing for 34 years, was in the band for about 15 years. Got completely burnt out on playing. I stop playing so long that I got my fingerprints back and completely lost my calluses. One day I was standing in my living room and the song effect and the cause by The White Stripes popped into my head. Picked up my guitar, started playing the gun and killed it from then on out. I took a break for about 3 years. I guess I needed it.

Yay! I saw there were "several" 7 cards, but OBVIOUSLY you initially tricked me! Another hint for others doing this (not certain if he planned this) but putting the 7's much further in the deck is the key as people think they can trick the magician by not choosing the first cards they see & waiting for later ones. A+ bother, magic is kindness.
“Magic is kindness” I like that. I’ve never really cared for magic and I’ve been watching Chris Ramsay for a loooong time and I’m starting to appreciate it thanks to this man ♥️
Here is how I think hot it works: The 4 clubs is in his left hand. He shows the bottom of the deck into the camera, but the bottom card (also 4 clubs) is also printed on the other side with 8 clubs. When he lets the card fall down, the bottom card rotates, and now the 8 clubs is on the bottom.
I've been to turkey and I can verify that there are stalls on every corner that do the ice cream tricks. It doesn't fall because its sticky instead of soft like normal ice cream and as it's made differently it doesn't melt
6:12 For people who don’t understand what happened here I’ll break it down super simple, he lifts up the deck to show the 4, as soon as he starts to put the deck down he VERY quickly flicks the card under his other hand if you look closely you can see it. That’s also why his hand with the card stays in a square like shape the rest of the clip
Idk dude, if you go frame by frame, the card bends and when it should start flying it kind of just disappears. Definitely think what you said is possible and makes sense, but im not actually convinced. That seems like something that someone like Chris would like, pick up on right away. I saw him bend the card the first time I watched it and I could only fool a dog with a card trick lmfao.(edit: When I say disappears I mean like I dont see it go under his hand. I know it doesnt actually disappear.)
I guess a 4 is under is left hand the whole time. The 4 he shows to the camera is shown only from one side and if you play it in slow motion it seems the card is just flicked over (so maybe a double sided card; since you never see both sides at the same time). Even though very well executed, since the only thing I really noticed was the card flick.
@6:18 If you're still struggling to figure it out then watch it slowly (TH-cam slomo is flipping great) while remembering that people can have more than one 4 of Clubs and why they clumsily only use the right hand and we never see both sides of the left.
The guy who did the torn and restored (ultimate or revision) is normally so good and clean but in this one he flashed a bit and you noticed the palm to “load” and it was no where near as clean as I’m used to.

Right before you riffled through, I said to myself, "I will choose the king of hearts" and after the riffle I was like, "I didn't actually see the king of hearts but I did see a 7 of diamonds so I will go with that one." Mind blown when you revealed BOTH of the cards I thought about. Well done, good sir.
He got many 7 in the deck and also in reasarch it is proven that in number between 1-10.. 10 out of 7 people chose number 7 .. those of you thinking how can I chose 7 of diamonds then I would like to add an extra thing . He put diamond into your mind by showing most of the cards of diamond to you at starting .
I think it's more that the 7 is on the screen for the longest so it's the only card people can remember in the short time, it would probably work just as well with any other card
I ended up with the 4 of clubs whilst also noticing that the 7 of diamonds was slightly able too be seen more, split seconds even, before he showed me the king of hearts and also Immediately spotting the small 7 of hearts he was holding!!!! All before he even got to telling me!! For reference no special decks have any hidden secrets for me, I’m a hawk when it comes to details! Sadly slight of hand also nobody can get me with I see it all. This ability allows me to detect where the exact center is on any normal object within milliseconds. Sadly this ability ruins my life quite a lot because I can’t experience things like a normal human being. I’m a freak of nature and it’s a nightmare! Have fun and good luck!!!!!!!
I was reading the comments to see if somebody else was guessing the same ... it looks like the first card dropped is actually flipping around, so I also think it's a double sided card...
Chris: “Your card is the King of Hearts.” me: goes back 5 seconds on 0.25 speed, notices how half the deck is full of 7's hahaha Chris: “No wait, actually, the card the king is holding” me: im so smart now i know this trick
The first trick explaination: He deliberately put lots of ‘’7 of diamond’’cards at one place so that we saw that card only & later he show ‘’King of hearts’’ which was not even present in the deck( as it is customised) which has the king holding 7 of diamond...
You got me the first time, I went back to pick a different card and noticed something fishy 🤔All them sevens in the deck I thought i was beating you but magician think 5 steps ahead good trick though !!!
Magic on 6.10 he was having 4 of clubs in his left hand already.. He flips it inverted with the 7 of diamonds...the next moment u see the magic happens ✌️
The moving 4 of Clubs is pretty straightforward. He has one palmed in left hand from the start. The one we see on the bottom of the deck is a 4C/7D double sided. When he drops on the table he flips the double card away from him so it lands the other side down.
The 4 of clubs at 6:11 ... Actually it's a double-side card. The 7 of diamond on one side and the 4 of clubs on the other side. When he drop the card on the table, you can see he's flipping it to reveal the 7 (at 6:17). A real 4 of clubs is already "palmed" and ready in his other hand. That's why he's not using it
I chose the 7 of diamonds. Does that mean I’m a sucker?... that was insane.

Oooh u smort too
13:50 ou should have another chat with Mike Boyd, that's what he's all about.
Jokes on you I picked the Jack Of Clubs/Spade
To be fair I did do that on purpose though
I picked jack of spades too
I got a 8 of clubs
Lol same
Me too 🤣
I picked the Queen of Clubs. Mostly because I know magicians like to do that trick with the 7 of diamonds
All these thumbnails of him doing a pogchamp lol
Right before you riffled through, I said to myself, "I will choose the king of hearts" and after the riffle I was like, "I didn't actually see the king of hearts but I did see a 7 of diamonds so I will go with that one."
Mind blown when you revealed BOTH of the cards I thought about. Well done, good sir.
...well then.....
6:12 there is a camera blip...watch the pulse on his left hand and you can see it's off beat as the bottom card swings out.
Chris: Have a closer look Me: He still got it wrong 5 of clubs
I too had the 5 of clubs
Same here 😎
Same. After this I don't feel like watching the video anymore
Jack of spades for me
He got many 7 in the deck and also in reasarch it is proven that in number between 1-10..
Wow he actually got me with that 7 of diamond
I thought I would be that % that it wouldn't work on. What if the trick worked on literally everyone...
Me also
Noah A. V. Yeah it’s because theirs like ten in a row you can slow it down and check
4 clubs was already in his hands, pay attention to the falling 4 clubs, I think it is a double sided card and he just flips it
I was reading the comments to see if somebody else was guessing the same ... it looks like the first card dropped is actually flipping around, so I also think it's a double sided card...
I know that poker chip guy he's milaad k magic he is a friend of mine.
nice
Cool Magician tell him to stop with the facial expressions 😂
Chris: “Your card is the King of Hearts.”
me: goes back 5 seconds on 0.25 speed, notices how half the deck is full of 7's hahaha
Chris: “No wait, actually, the card the king is holding”
me: im so smart now i know this trick
Me too
I had the 7 of hearts, because it was right after the whole streak of 7 of diamonds!
@@svenbohu9636 same lol
I saw your comment and had to check , well spotted , I know a similar trick but done very differently
Funny watching chris talk in 0.25 too😂
I didn’t even look in the stack I just automatically chose the queen of hearts
What a rebel 😂

Nope, sorry Chris he's also not holding the card but it was a seven at least.. my card was 7 of hearts
same thing here XD
Same.
There were 5 cards in a row that were 7 of diamonds followed by the seven of hearts. He shouldn't of put the 7 of hearts near the diamonds.
Same
The first trick explaination: He deliberately put lots of ‘’7 of diamond’’cards at one place so that we saw that card only & later he show ‘’King of hearts’’ which was not even present in the deck( as it is customised) which has the king holding 7 of diamond...
I figured that out without having a explanation from anyone. Does that mean I'm genius?
Oooh, u smort
@@deadrussianliberal2897 yeah I'm smort😂
You must already know about Richard Turner then. The blind card mechanic that fooled Penn & Teller. That guy is a true master.
I chose the king of hearts and I was like no way he's gonna get it but... Holy sh*t
Man...so cool to see you getting this many views and subs in the last years.
Caught an 8 and then the more obvious 7 when I realized that I didn't catch a suit lol!
Mine was a red 7. So it could have been either but he's close enough.
I was thinking he guessed my card wrong, but then he said have a closer look and I was just amazed and really confused at how he guessed my card
Aaron Meyers he paused at the 7 slightly longer than the other cards
Jacob Laz, my first card choice was a 9 but I thought he would “guess” that, so I changed it to a 7 but he “guessed” it correctly anyway
Don't watch just salect any card you know
@@clintn.kildepstein1656 not true, he had like 5 7's in a row, so it was prominent in your eye/mind
7 of diamonds :D
7 diamonds same

Daniel Roy: "Hold my deck box"
when half of the deck consists of 7 of diamonds
True
Nope, after suprise, still nope. Card was the Jack of Spades
Same here
Me: realize what he did at the start me confused why it isn't the seven diamonds then he zooms in and I'm like ooooooooooooooohhhh
The moving 4 of Clubs is pretty straightforward. He has one palmed in left hand from the start. The one we see on the bottom of the deck is a 4C/7D double sided. When he drops on the table he flips the double card away from him so it lands the other side down.
Hey he does it that he puts more then one 7 of diamonds in the deck behind each others so sou are likely to spot it
Yeah! You can see when you slow it down that 4 or 5 seven of hearts show up
No he holds the riffle at the 7 of diamonds so it riffles half a second slower than the rest so you are more likely to choose that one
YOU ARE RIGHT
i knew it and i wanted to put a coment about it but i didnt even open the coments and yours is the first to show up :|
@@mreeper25 f mate
@@omarw007 Nah in this case he clearly has more than one 7 of D
There were a lot of 7s. And the others were too fast to recognize.
I caught an 8 in there.
@@thesaltyspitoon6342 Damn. You've got some skills 👀
i saw the king,, nope wrong card
chris: look closer
me: i-... you-... i-...
gg chris you got me
Being able to go frame by frame is an excellent way to learn magic on TH-cam ;)
The 4 of clubs at 6:11 ...
Actually it's a double-side card. The 7 of diamond on one side and the 4 of clubs on the other side. When he drop the card on the table, you can see he's flipping it to reveal the 7 (at 6:17).
A real 4 of clubs is already "palmed" and ready in his other hand. That's why he's not using it
