I think the point was that the guy could feel his pulse in his ankle, since you can feel it there, and a pulse means he's alive, and assumingly, breathing

@@Fredrick046 I never said it actually worked, especially with those gloves, he's also not one of the paramedics and it's freezing so the guys pulse would be slow and hard to find, just that it's not ridiculous for him to check his ankle for a pulse
