Overall diet and it's simplicity makes sense especially for these athletes. I used to do something similar (except less meals and calories) but ate potatoes more than rice. Potatoes are awesome and nutritious (lots of magnesium too) and I would rank it as the best carb source for those that do not need 4000 calories in carbs (Rice makes more sense in this case). Also agree with his thoughts on vegetable oils which has to be up there with one of the worst widely consumed "foods" out there.

Plan ahead, be prepared and make sure you make the time to eat all of it -consistently-. That last word is what usually makes or brakes the whole process. Anyone can do it for week or two, long term and consistency is the key

I like it, I've lost 55 lbs in 6 months. Went from 330 to 270s. I eat natural foods, not a lot of carbs , except what's in veggies. I eat no bread, fried foods, pasta, candy , sugar. I'm still trying to figure how much of my macros to eat and what kinds , and trying to intermittent fast as well.

It literally is business for them and the food industry to make us sicker. We then buy drugs called"medication". Ive been to USA and seen drug commercials one afyer another with a shopping list of side effects.
