Saying “count to 10 minutes” is not the same as saying “count every second until 10 minutes of time have passed” or “Its 9:30, do not leave to chase us until 9:40”. Obviously a regular person hearing “count to 10 minutes” would just count normally however Turbo Granny bent the rules as the choice of wording allows you to TECHNICALLY count however you want. Nobody said to count down every second or count down every minute, just count to “10 minutes”. As long as you are counting SOMETHING that ends with your final count of “10 minutes” you TECHNICALLY didn’t break the rules. Shes just doing an over the top loophole of going “Count to 10 minutes? Okay. 1 minute, 5 minutes, 9 minutes, 10 minutes…okay I did it”
Sayonara is the good bye if you don’t really expect to see someone again anytime soon “the long goodbye” so they where wondering if it was the right thing to say

So, it will cover some of best arc in manga. I mean, almost all of manga's arc were great. Now, we are at the end of Turbo Granny arc. Next episode will be Acrobatic Silky arc.
