hey how are you ? i wanted to know more about the plumbing filed, what made you want to become a plumber , what courses or programs did u take ? what advice would u have to a young man like my self that has a lot of enthusiasm has a highschool diploma but is still looking for a career
Thanks for watching, Jahi. Plumbing is a challenging, but rewarding trade. I've been lucky to work with some very talented tradesmen over the years, and I read everything I can find, including the Plumbing Code. I also take any training courses that are occasionally offered by manufacturers. Look around your area and see if there's a local technical school or college offering a plumbing program and dive in. The water's fine!
Can you tell me where I could purchase the tub basket strainer removal tool one that expands I have an internal pipe wrench that I use but I believe you're to be way better
David Moulton you can grab it off Amazon with this link: PlumbBest J40018R2 Extract-a-Drain Tub Extraction Tool www.amazon.com/dp/B00BRC6WVG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_58-Ezb7XTTVJW Or it's usually in stock at your local big-box store. Happy hunting!
Hello, Nick! You're right, I didn't include a set of tubing benders in this list. I do have a set that sit a secondary tool box on my truck, but I rarely use them. Still, if I didn't have a set handy, I probably end up needing them all the time. Although I own two different types, I prefer the type that looks like a spring. Simple. Happy Plumbing!
Watched 4 other plumbing tool videos, yours was the clear winner. Great video man
