- Hindi ka na aayaw sa amplaya kapag nagawa ang tamang dishkarte sa pagtangaal pait nito! Pwedeng pwede mo nang lutuin itong #simpol Ampalaya Con Karne recipe para sa buong pamilya, tiyak na no bitterness na nasa ulam, makakarami pa ng kanin!
Ingredients:
1 pc - Large ampalaya
Salt
Water
500g - Beef strips
4 tbsp - Soy sauce
4 tbsp - Cornstarch
Oil for sauteing
4 cloves - Garlic
1 tbsp - Ginger
1 pc - Onion
2 tbsp - Tausi
2 pcs - Tomatoes
1 pc - Red bell peppers
1 cup - Chicken stock
3 tbsp - Soy sauce
2 tbsp - Sugar
2 tbsp - Oyster sauce
Black pepper to taste

Last sunday our family went to a fine dinning restaurant for fam dinner and we ordered this exact recipe. Sa lahat ng kinain ko eto talaga yung tumatak sa panlasa namin ni papa. Need not to soak in salt water.
For me removing the bitterness of ampalaya is to mildly rub the salt & put hot water in a minute or two then drain since the variant of the ampalaya am using is more bitter.
Di Ako nag-aasin sa ampalaya. Sabay ko sa gisa tapos Pritohin ko lang ampalaya naleless Ang pait.
