I am Jamaican and we boil the pineapple skin with ginger and drink it on a hot day. You can add sugar to taste, but I don’t use sugar anymore. Thank you my sister, this is awesome 🥳💯❤ I don’t drink alcohol anymore, but I’ll make it for my friends 😂
@ Jamaicans are descendants from Africa. We have everything in common. Our ancestors bought their recipe ideas with them. I will watch that episode now my sister. Thank you and God bless you and your family 🙏

I tried your banana wine recipe. It turned out amazing. My Jamaican friend had some of it at my house, and said it made her homesick. Can’t wait to try this one! Thank you for sharing your culture and your beautiful self with us.
I think this must be a pineapploe Champagne. With such a wine, it's impossible to have a sugar problem. The alcohol is produced by the sugar of the fruit itself. That is African, organic. For the others, for 1kg of pineapple you will have to add 1kg of sugar and whatever... Well done Madam for your organic recipe.👌

Very nice.I enjoy making wine also,I would suggest you make a very small opening in the cover so that some of the gas would escape and the bottle would not explore. Thanks for sharing I learn a lot from you and your husband, stay well.

Very nice! However, when you leave the wine to stand for as many, do not put the corks in the bottle but instead cover the bottle with a clean cloth while it stands fermenting. Only use the corks when you start to drink the wine, on the bottle that’s been used. This is to avoid the bottles exploding. Thank you for sharing ❤😊
it does has some amount of alcohol and here are the benefits Low in sugar. Low in calories. High in potassium. High in vitamin C. Boosts the immune system. Helps with digestion. May aid in blood sugar control.
