Jeremy, we met a couple of years ago at the Jax Boat Show (CG Auxiliary here). Thanks for doing this video. We also teach ramp etiquette at our boating safety classes and it's nice to see experienced boaters and captains support all aspects of boating safety. Keep up the great work!
Another note bout boating etiquette is dont go floating down the water trying to start your boat into peoples fishing line who are 50 to 100 yards away from the ramp stuff happens to your rig when your gone I've seen it happen
Ramp etiquette 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣rarely exists anymore with all the northerners flocking down here. They're used to spending a Hr on the Ramp amd roping their boat off
Before you leave home- start motor on garden tap water, it’s a bliss when she starts first kick, trim tabs work, ropes are tidy. Safety chain on until back of boat is buoyant in the water

When launching before dawn, turn your lights off when backing down the ramp.

I don’t even take that boat off the trailer till it’s cranked. That way if there are issues I can just pull it straight out.
I’m surprised I’m not in the video. I’m always fishing under that bridge. 😂😎🤙🏽🎣
