I used to be pro-choice as of last week. Then I heard the testimony of a man who used to worship the enemy but was called to Catholicism by The Blessed Mother. Anyway, his testimony revealed to me that abortion is of the devil. I’d never realized.

I'm seriously distressed by the number of Catholics, who according to opinion polls, support abortion and/or LGBT+ causes. Lets pray they will see their error.
I cried, prayed and suffered for years for my husband's conversion. But he abandoned me anyway.
When I asked God what was going on as I couldn't understand, He responded "Job", as in the Book of Job.
I have been stripped of all the things I valued and my dreams, namely my 3 children growing up in a stable, loving, happy family. My health was shot, inflammatory skin pustules from 10 years of excessive cortisol.
In the end, God restored and promoted Job. I still have my faith, and welcome the day I too am restored and promoted by God.
One time last year, during the Liturgy, I heard God say to me "I will not abandon you". I have been clinging to His promise. Indeed, He has not abandoned me. It took for me to be stripped bare for me to believe the prayer "Jesus, I trust in You"
My prayers are with you 🙏. May Jesus give you double blessings for what you suffered. May your scares be turned into stars⭐ May you be a sign of Jesus for others. God's blessings!

I see a lot of ladies who would like their husbands to be converted. I will pray for you for sure. I have to say it makes me very grateful that my fiancee grew up in the faith and stuck to it. I grew up protestant, but have been working on converting to Catholicism since I met him and his wonderful family 16 years ago. It has been a very long, hard road for us, and I pray that my annulment goes smoothly and gets approved so I can finally enter the church. I would like prayers for my mom's conversion however. She has gotten into new age things and for sure needs to be prayed for.

I was confounded after a lengthy discussion with a Mormon friend after I tried explaining everything wrong with his faith to no avail. I even tried to point out the philosophical issues with his belief in an uncreated universe. After he left, however, I heard the voice of the enemy say “do you think reason can defeat me?” That moment I realized reason alone can prove God but it cannot overthrow Satan. I decided that I would pray all 20 mysteries of the rosary every for the conversion of my Mormon friends and family.
We want our loved ones to convert so we can truly share a lifetime of love with them. Let us pray specially for them to spend eternity with God. It doesn't matter if we miss that lifetime with them we have to let them go. Let us pray for us all to be together in HEAVEN. That's the real goal.

@@dalton7145 Fr. Chris Alar of The Marians of The Immaculate Conception says you have 50 beads in each Rosary so you can cover many intentions with that many beads.
I've also heard testimonies about the efficacy of just ONE Hail Mary, said by or for a person, so I started doing that for each person I'm concerned about or that I promised to pray for.

It resonates better for me than the word "bind" which I saw someone else use, because"bind" feels "forced" to me where "Consecrate" feels like freely offered. Perhaps because I was a Protestant and we used to throw those words "bind and loose" around a lot😱💖✝️🙏
@@MagdalenaIsaiah43 Also, "bind" should be used by ordained Priests for exorcism or special Blessings. "Consecrate," "dedicate" are words recommended for the laity.

If you sincerely pray for the conversion of your loved ones then obsually God hears you prayers so don't dispare. Offer up all the times you have to put up with their worldly views or any time they afflict you by their actions. These are good times to accept inner mortification and offer it up for their conversion. You may not see the fruit of tthis conversion in your life time but no one knows what goes on in the heart of a person before their soul leaves their bodies. God is continually working in the world and hears our prayers so pray from the heart. A saint once said that "conversion can happen immediately, or gradually in ones life or not until one's death bed" so never dispare, don't give up praying.

This is an answer to my prayers! I have three children in apostasy. I will pray and pray and pray.
A year ago l recovered the faith of my childhood. I attend Mass at every opportunity and pray the Rosary or Chaplet to The Divine Mercy most days as well as other prayers and novenas. I feel a constant yearning for God. Recently family and friends have started blaspheming and swearing in my presence and ignore my frequent requests to stop. Why are you on a Catholic site ? Catholic Church is the one and only church Jesus founded. If you want to protest, you do it. But you are protesting against the One church of Christ. Of course, we want everyone to be Catholic. That is because we want everyone to have the fullness of truth and be able to receive Our Lord in the Blessed sacrament. Only Catholic Church has all the sacraments needed for the soul. This is the Noah’s ark of our times. We want all our brothers and sisters in Christ to come into the ark to be protected and saved from the storm and deluge outside. It is out of love. You guys just don’t get it. We love you all and want you also to have what we have.
There is always hope. I married twice to Catholic men (they are both deceased now). The marriages were not great... first abusive and second quit on me. I then married a fallen away lifelong Baptist. It has been wonderful! It took 15 years before he decided to do whatever was necessary for me to be able to receive the Sacraments again, but within 2 months, even before we had completed the necessary tasks, he decided he HAD to become Catholic! He was received into the church one year and 2 months after we began our journey... back into the arms of Christ’s church for me and a new beginning for him!
I laughingly say “who knew it would take a devout Baptist to bring me back home and then come with”!

If he is Christian but not Catholic this may be possible. If he is an unbeliever- RUN. And pray for him from a distance while you get on with your life.
@Michael Ojeda You are right, we Catholics will never unify all Christians. Jesus will get all Christians under the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church He started on Holy Thursday. James Flynn Start going to the TLM. Dr Taylor Marshall does an interview with a man (I forget his name, but he is creating a film on the TLM and one of the people interviewed gave a testimony of how his wife would go to the Novus Ordo mass with him for years and never expressed desire in converting to Catholicism, but after going to the TLM for 4 months I believe, she wanted to convert!)
@@mdiblueraym.150 My problem with the TLM is everything is in Latin so I can hardly participate. Even the responses I say from the booklet I bought, I don't understand as I'm saying them. I feel like it depends on the NO parish, because some NO parishes I've heard are way out there, doing things they definitely shouldn't be doing. But at the NO parish, I go to, I feel as if I get more out of it than at the TLM. At the NO, I can understand and meditate on the readings, the prayers, etc. The main thing I really don't like about it, is how Communion is received on the hands instead of kneeling and on the tongue.
Mr. Flynn, as the spiritual head of your household, you can also bind any demonic interference that is preventing your daughters and wife from coming to the Lord. Check out Fr. Ripperger's videos on spiritual warfare and "How to raise a Man". This may be the missing piece you're looking for.
Do the 7 prayers of St Bridget for 12 years in the morning and the 15 prayers of St Bridget, preferably after 3 pm after the Divine mercy chaplet . Those promises from our Lord are mind blowing!!❤️ Thank you Jesus for such generosity!!!

We must convert ourselves then God can use us as a tools to convert others. If any of us thinks we converted anyone then we are stealing from God and are fooling ourselves and our not converted fully like we may think. True conversation only come through grace from God through Our Holy Mother.
Converting ourselves I have found to be very difficult because to do so means that we our reformed into the image of Jesus the Christ who is God. Mostly it seems a somewhat improved version of ourselves which is still far far far from the from being in the image of Jesus the only begotten Son the mirror image of God Our Father.
Sacred Heart of Jesus reform us into Your image the image of the One True God. Amen.
True conversion comes from the power of the Holy Spirit... Our duty is to sow the seed and leave the rest to the Holy Spirit when it's the right time Holy Spirit does the Conversion it can be instant or it can take years...All in God's time.
Your comment seems well meaning, but you should know that there is nothing you can do to "convert" yourself, save yourself or anyone else for that matter. It's only by grace from God himself that are we directed toward him. Ironically this idea is pelagianism, which Augustine was completely against.

This was a blessing for me, I learned so much. I watched it several times and it was on my mind today before, during and after Mass; even the readings today echoed my thoughts. I often wonder, if we Christians got have as offended for our God as the Muslims get offended for their Mohammed surely the world would have been spared so much of the great evil that our passive response has brought down upon our heads. Indeed, if the light is darkness oh how great the darkness.
I did learn when I was active in the Legion, that it is not us who convert but the Holy Spirit and therefore the best and most powerful thing to do is to pray.
But along comes vanity and wanting to take credit.
Personally, am very very angry at my non-believing siblings, one of whom, and this truly beggars belief, tells my daughter 'to never ever leave the Catholic Church' yet he is now in an evagenlical church.
So am completely convicted about the lack of charity towards them, if not in my behaviour but often in my heart.
And am sorry now because yes indeed 'love conquers all sin'.

Words, Good Example, Prayer
In our arrogance/vanity we attempt to convert in this order and fail, we have no power without Christ and believe our reason, our ideas, and our words will convert the hearts of those we love. Instead we should pray, be a good example (especially through humility!), and then words. Very very profound process I realize now I had wrong all along

What about the conversion of an enemy?
A former lover who through infidelity and commitment to it can no longer be welcome in my life. Even after everything that has happened, I still weep for her. Not the loss of a partner, but a soul of someone I had affection for. She now lives a life of sin. Every mistake I made that could make that would turn someone away from the faith, I made.
Whatever you did, you didn't do it maliciously and our Lord knows that and he has already forgiven you. Apparently you have not forgiven yourself. Go do a good confession and move on. Life is too short to live in the past. Move on. Keep in good terms with our Lord and if possible pray the rosary daily. God loves you the way you are. Make some changes in your life to make your life easier. Be always faithful to our Lord and keep loving His holy mother, our Lady. I'll keep you in my prayers.
Have confidence in God! Your contrition is evident, and by that your salvation. Herein lies your answer. Pray the Chaplet Of the Seven Sorrows together with the Devotion of the Seven Sorrows to Our Lady. The Chaplet has the beads and just the citations, the Devotion gives the Biblical citations but also an extrapolation of those citations. These expansions allow you to literally walk the Via Dolorosa WITH Our Lady. You get to see and feel everything she endured, and you're asked to endure it with her. Eventually, it becomes committed to memory and you'll be able to say it more swiftly, but those initial impressions of her anguish and the witness you bore to them will never go away. You'll feel and see them every time you say the Chaplet, and it'll be a hundredfold more meaningful to you,
and more effective in garnering the souls of your former spouse, and anyone else you so choose to seek salvation for back to Christ. It's something I'm in the process of doing myself. Our Lady is the most powerful being in the Heavens and on Earth after God, and she is matchless when it comes to having her wishes answered by her Divine Son. You can also ask her to offer the Holy Face of Her Divine Son, Disfigured in His Passion to the Eternal Father with the same end in mind, and He will answer in the affirmative. This is guaranteed by Christ Himself. Do not fear, and never give up hope. There are those of us out here who have done far worse than you, and still Our Lord has waited, has sought us out through His Holy Mother, and has forgiven us. You're on the right path. Just keep going. And sing out when you need reinforcement. Take heart, and God bless.

Its harder now since the liberalism of the local catholic churches, I refer to my father and can't blame him too much. The church were he lives does not have the reverence that it used too. There is only one were he lives, but I can at least try to get him to stat praying the rosary.

I’d like to put forward a fact that happens every time I am listening to Sensus Fidelium, an add that proclaim a preaching of another confession; the Bible in Hebrew or to visit the Holy land, or some Church I never heard of. Is this a sort of proselytizing ? The add is repetitive and all ways present. Is it aired purposefully or just a coincidence?
