When talking about the users of Ataru you forgot to mention Ahsoka Tano.

Anakin displayed perfect use of Djem So in his WBW appearance in Ahsoka. The way he barrages Ahsoka's blade with blows to take her control of her own weapon away

Imagine a 10th form made for only those who truly mastered the Force. For example, a lightsaber form that utilizes the Force to multitask more lightsabers than you can physically carry. If it was made for the Jedi, it’d be a way for Grand Masters to rise above the need for an aggressive style. If it was made for the Sith, it’d be a way of boasting one’s control over the Force

The first form would be closer to hema or kendo, since it was developed based on using real swords. Use a shinai to simulate the omnidirectionality of a lightsaber. Makashi is obviously modeled after fencing or single stick. Form three is the tricky one, since, as far as I know, there's no purely defensive swordfighting style, kind of defeats the purpose, A bo staff is better for that, or maybe escrima sticks. Form 4 is entirely implactical without force powers, and even if you are adept at gymnastics, the kind of flipping around that form 4 uses is the best way to get killed. The closest I can think of would defenitely Chinese Wushu fencing, particularly with a Jian. Not quite as acrobatic as form 4, but it uses more fluid movements than western fencing. Form 5 circles back to Kendo, this time with a katana. It's the form used by Vader in the Original films which was directly inspired by Samurai. It also focuses alot on overhand strikes, similar to a katana. Forms 6 and 7, difficult to say. Both rely extensively on force powers. For form six, probably Military saber style, or longsword. Both are versatile, easy to learn, difficult to master. The saber was designed to accomodate the use of a gun in tandem, like using force powers. Form seven, possibly a scimitar, dao, falchion or Kopesh. A curved sword would allow for the more wild and savage movements of the form.
