ms3odiiHD there is a Hot pursuit race on the desert highway (under the bridge). Before you start a challenge, put Spikes on the road and make sure whole road is filled with Spikes so the drivers have only one choice - go through them. Get the ESF as your second PT and just crush those motherfuckers. Make sure your car is faster than theirs. You get like 75k point from 1 race and my record was something like 17 seconds

the bridge? easy. so you know how when ur leaving ur garage and u can choose where ur car loads? well find "lagoon trail" and click on one of the garages near that. there should be a police station and a gas station right next to the entrance and the entrance is blocked off but u can still get in. and u can also get in on the other side of the bridge.
