While ive liked them my whole life and know loads of their songs I would say im a fan, as when you hear something for 40 odd years you come to see it as just a soundtrack to the day, mixed with the rest, the ones from the old days, my mum ironing and singing to totp while i watched waiting for either bed time or dr who day, man i hate being old

I attended that Vancouver concert, flew in from Ottawa. The acoustics were terrible and, as described by the previous commentator, the show was boring, like they phoned it in. I saw them perform in Toronto in 1999 and that show was amazing! Sad that they’ve let their performances deteriorate and they need a better sound engineer. Depeche Mode were performing as well and their show was far superior, as were their acoustics.
As much as I like the pet shop boys I don't want to see them in concert anymore. The same songs, nothing exciting going on on stage and they don't even come to the stage door to meet the fans! How rude! I saw that for myself many times!
They sing same group songs have so many others they do t sing at all I know they have a lot of political early ones but so much more. It's the music. Disappointed well I guess they like and play their favs
