Hey Everyone! After researching chain more and more we found a certification for anchor chain. Could be worth looking into if you aren’t buying the ACCO brand. There’s more details in our blog post: www.gonewiththewynns.com/scammed-anchor-chain Also, in the video I forgot to mention that all the drone shots are from the Mini 2. I do think it’s a great little drone and perfect for travelers and beginners. Here’s the link if you want to check it out: bit.ly/WYNNmini2 Thanks for watching…and if you’re in the process of buying chain I hope this saved you a couple thousand bucks and a huge headache 😱🙏🏻 - Love from the both of us
I wonder if there is some kind of water proofing spray you could also put on the next chain. Lik have you ever seen the video of the guy spraying his brand new expensive shoes with water phobic spray? Then he splats mustard on them and it literally rolls off and nothing happens to the shoes?
The sponsor counter is a nice touch. Actually watched it instead of trying to skip. Oh, bean cooling tip: Transfer the beans to a cold pan. Either room temperature or one from the fridge.
You guys are about the most professional sailing Channel I've seen for regular people. Full of common sense you explain things well and just seem to have an excellent grasp of everything. The chain story, I wish somehow you'd be sponsored by some company that sells chains. You gave a lot of valuable information about that subject.
That was the most natural but random and non-forced progression to a sponsor shout out i've ever seen! Did not see that coming from starting with roasting coffee beans haha. 10 points to Griffindor. I applaude your creativity!
Cedar vinegar will remove that rust! You also zinc plate it! You tube video! Battery Zink plate couple wires bucket and keep the new chain looking like new for as long as you want!
Joshua Wisseman Is a TH-cam channel chef. He gets big time ads like nobody else I see. He gets the US Navy for goodness. People with 15 million subscribers don’t get the TH-cam adage this guy gets. Hi!! I've been watching your videos and i love them! I saw that you had some issues with your anchor chain. I finally spoke to my dad who is a boat builder about your chain and he told me something really interesting. The main problem might be with your windlass . If you have current loss from your windlass it may transfer to your chain and make it corrode way faster that it should be. My dad's friend had a chain from a brand named Acco and he had windlass issues and his high quality chain was useless in no time. The current loss might occure if you used grease that contains lithium or other metalic component. These products can create a bridge between the positive or the negative and the windlass housing and because of that, you loose current into the chain. If so, you can use bee wax instead, you melt it and use a brush to apply it and it works just fine to prevent the electrical coponents of your windlass to rust (that is the main reason why people put a lot of grease in their windlass). Otherwise, look for salt or corrosion on the posts. I hope that you are having a great time and i can't wait to see all the adventures that 2020 will be giving you! A special hello and thank you for your work from Quebec! Elizabeth xoxo Ps. That was the message i sent you on january 29th 2020 and that you've never replied to. So I am trying again.

Hi Guys, long time subscriber, but probably my first post! I'm a mechanical engineer / metallurgist by training and not a sailor and I don't have direct experience with chain galvanizing, but do have general steel plating & galvanizing experience. As you correctly point out, the G3 / G4 designations are to do with the tensile strength of the steel in the chain and have nothing to do with the galvanizing quality. The "quality" and lifespan of the galvanizing is essentially down to the thickness of the coating (how long the chain is in the molten zinc bath, plus some other factors), and how adherent it is to the substrate (mainly down to the cleaning process prior to galvanizing). The coating is sacrificial, just like the zinc anodes on your boat, so the thicker the coating, the longer the life of the chain. I couldn't find any international standards specifically relating to the galvanizing of chain, but BS EN ISO 1461 is a general galvanizing standard here in Europe/UK and there are equivalent American ASTM standards (A123 and A153). It would be worth asking the chain manufacturer if their chain complies with these or an equivalent standard. If you get a "glazed look" this may be a warning sign. You can measure the thickness of the galvanizing (its typically 30 - 80 microns) by either a non-destructive meter (but I'm not sure if these would cope with the small dimensions of chain and won't be cheap) or cut a cross section of a chain link and polish it and look at the surface in a microscope, you can easily measure the coating thickness with the microscope. Any decent metallurgical lab or university engineering lab should be able to do this at not great cost. If it were me, I'd consider paying the $100 or whatever to get the coating thickness independently checked! When I was at university doing my PhD, we'd get these kind of "side-line" jobs all the time, and the fees would go 50:50 to the student and the department - kept us all in beers :)
Good info on the independent testing option for gen-public, thanks. I doubt many people would be aware of that to even consider it, even those of us with a long, related industrial career that included routine use of independent testing labs.
Thanks so much. I made the decision to replace my 250’ of chain and quickly found some great prices on chain from Miami. I ordered and it said they had it in stock. Great! Then they emailed me and said it would not be in for a few months. At the same time a good friend recalled your video on this subject and we watched it together. Same website. Same graphics and undoubtedly the same crappy chain. I canceled the order immediately and the only real saving grace was that their out of stock status triggered my friend to look for this video. No penalty for cancelling since it was back ordered. Now Ive got the ACCO chain ordered and awaiting delivery. You are making a difference!
You’re such an adorable young couple, I could watch you both clean the boat all day long. It looks exhausting, but you always are in such good cheer. That’s really the way to approach life!
I use to wire and install hardware on PDQ catamarans for 10 years. Watching this brings back memories. Never ever did sailing which is hard to believe. But ive crawled and worked in soooo many tight spaces i feel for you all.. However, its was always rewarding. Happy sailing.
In the mid-1980s after 10 years of chain frustration we had reverted to rope rode and 50' foot of chain which we could replace periodically. Low cost but unsatisfactory solution as we had to pull the rode in by hand. A trip to England had a visit to Simpson Lawrence (maker of our hand pumped windlass) which solved our problem. They sold us SL 5/8" stainless steel chain with a matching gypsy which solved our problem for the next 10 years of cruising. The cost was not that shocking as the dollar and pound were upside down at that time making the price sort of affordable. We ended up buying an electric windlass a short time later with the money we saved.
As a marine engineer my best friend is copper coat grease. (Grease mixed with copper) I never see it used, it has saved me so much grief. Over the years Simply coat any steel parts that will fuse together due to oxidation (rust), or salt water fusion like threads shaft splines , swivels etc If that swivel pin that Jason was fighting to free up was originally coated with copper - coat it wouldn’t have fused together. Is just a tip, that’s all..
My wife (who likes wine, I just cook with it) wanted you to know that King Estate wine is outside of Eugene Oregon and it’s delicious! We have watched your videos for years, and even went RVing full time for a few years based on what we saw! Thank you for the adventure! Chris & Judy White from Eugene Oregon.
I live in the Champlain islands and it was great not having all the Quebecois sail boats holding up the traffic at the draw bridge last summer. With Chairman Trudeau at the helm we won't see you this summer either. 99.87% survivable
@@genebohannon8820 Personaly I truly enjoy sharing my city (Montreal) with all the tourists who come visit. I have yet to meet an American I don't like. Have a nice day. xx
I have been binge watching your videos since I discovered you guys in my quarantine early October. I love your spirit, attitude, humour and perseverance and am keeping my fingers crossed that you will make it back on the water very soon! Greetings from Germany!
My favorite couple!! Jason please wear safety glasses, losing your eyesight is just not worth it. It happens! Thank you for all your hard work. We’re all very lucky to have you both.
I'm sorry to hear that you were scammed on anchor chain. Anchor chain can definitely be re-galvanized, but not every hot dip galvanizer can do it. The galvanizer has to be able to spin the chain to remove the excess zinc after they pull it our of the hot dip tank or all of the links will stick together. In Houston, Texas, Madden Galvanizing has this capability and they can re-galvanize anchor chain. They sand blast the chain before galvanizing it. On my trawler, I had 300 feet of 5/16 HT ACCO chain that was 16 years old, rusty, but not in too bad a shape. I had it re-galvanized by Madden Galvanizing and they charged me $325. They base their charge on the weight of zinc applied to the chain. To replace the 300 foot of chain with new ACCO chain from West Marine would have cost me $1,677. To replace the chain from Defender Industries with new ACCO chain would have cost me $912, which is 46% less than the West Marine price. It's always worth checking the Defender Industries price. My re-galvanized chain is now 9 years old and it looks almost like new. When I replace this anchor chain (or when I get a new boat), I'm going with Cromox Duplex Stainless chain from Ketten Waelder. It doesn't have the issues that 300 series stainless steel has and it's only about 3 times the Defender Industries price of the ACCO HT galvanized chain. The 300 foot of Cromox Duplex Stainless chain will cost $3,200 but it will last forever.
i might be greedy but uh, i want more videos. I dunno what it is about y'alls story. Seems I'm thoroughly invested in your boat life. Thanks for the updates, even if it's just changing a chain out. I like all of it and can't wait for next Sunday. Thank you Wynns!!
Very pleased to see your progress with a new viewing audience. You videos have always been enjoyable. You both are vert hard working and deserve lots of positive things going forward.
There is a company Tulsa Chain in Tulsa Ok did a show with SV Seeker and talked about this very thing. The guy talked about how to tell if galvanization is good. He said if it is rough and not super smooth then it's not good chain. He said good chain is super smooth. It makes since. You see galvanized metal on old barns still good 50 or 60 years old that don't look even close to that rusty. I realize barn tin isn't in salt water but you guys fresh water rinsed everything extremely well and look at what happened. If you see the two different types side by side you will be able to tell it easily.
That was terrible... thank God it wasn’t necessary at a critical moment to fail. My neighbor has one of those drones and he loves his. Great info. Thanks for sharing.God watch over you both.
A suggestion I would have is to look into the chain locker situation also. As it seemed now, the further up the chain you got, the worse it got. At the same time, this part of the chain is what is most likely the least used (as it goes in the water only in deeper anchorages, or when you just need more rode). The start of the chain, that is on the deck when the anchor is up, looked to be in the best condition (apart from the links in the swivel). Yet, this first part of the chain is what is always in the water. The likely reason is, this part of the chain dries out quite quickly from the sun etc. Moisture is the bane of any black steel. Based on the look of the chain you pulled out, and the sludge in the locker, your chain is more or less always wet or damp in the locker. Although rinsing it off is important, a) you would never get all the Chlorides off it (mud, grit etc would keep on to a fair amount), and b) this rinsing water of course goes into the locker with the chain. Again, my suggestion is based only on the few snippets in the video, and is of course not a complete corrosion analysis. But if you can find some effective way of keeping the locker, and thereby the chain, dry when stored, it could give you much more life out of your chain.
Fresh roasted beans will serve you well for your morning cup of joe! I am happy you got your anchor chain swapped out, I'm sorry the first "galvanized" chain failed so quickly! Hopefully this one will give you many years of service. 👍👍
I'm happy you folks are on the Earth. There's been worse years in the last 1/2 century, but 2020 has been rotten. Same with so many other channels. It pisses me off you all are so happy and positive, LOL! Thanks guys, it brings in sun-shiny attitudes and brightens the day.
I'll be so sad the day Jason grows up into an adult. My chain has a bit of rust and it irritates me, but HOLY COW that is a criminal amount of rusty chain and bits.
The company that sold you the bad chain has a new ring tone “ Chain Of Fools “ and nobody can sing it better than Aretha Franklin. Thank you so very very much for answering me when another sailor ask me for this information about the chain several months ago. You two are a very kind, sweet couple that always seems ready to help someone out. GOD bless ya’ll. Stay safe.
When roasting the coffee beens, I think it might help transfering them from the hot pan to a new cold one for the cooling part. Anyway, a great episode 🙂 Love your vids 😊
First a suggestion. To cool the beans you could float the pan they are in on another pan of water. Probably would cool in less than a minute. As far as anchor chain goes I'm wondering if it comes in stainless steel. I know there are issues with stainless steel sometimes and it would be way more expensive but may bet worth it if it's available. Anyway, entertaining as always. Keep the good stuff coming.
Stick another small baking sheet in the fridge/freezer (if you have room), transfer the hot coffee beans into it then air them out. Thanks for the update....I'm always ready for what's next!
Probably not cohesive and doable on a sailboat but the best way we found to roast coffee cherries was a hot air popcorn maker. It roast perfectly, the blowing air gets rid of the chaff and cools almost instantly. Gotta do it outside but its efficient and works. Also, if you're ever in St. Augustine, Fl there's a phenomenal place here called THE SAILORS EXCHANGE and they have everything you could possibly need for your sailboat. A lot is salvaged parts but a great spot to find items you may not know where else to look.
Now, that's how you do sponsored content. Also, not gonna lie - super satisfying to watch you both clean and do projects (while I lay in bed doing nothing!). lol
What a mess in that anchor locker! Would never have imagined there would be so much flake. Sure ain’t nothing like those pretty white things that fall from the sky! I never thought about roasting my own coffee beans. Cooling off with the drones!! Class!! Hope you have better success with this beautiful anchor after all the hassle you’ve gone through! Happy sailing!
I got to laugh, watching a chain being removed was actually a fun show, must be the since of accomplishment. Great job I wish your videos were an hour long.
I’m glad I’m not the only one suffering through boat cleaning hell. Just pulled the force 10 oven from its spot and scrubbed off 11 years worth of grease, spilled food, and debris...yuck. We also just met with the gentleman who did your solar arch! He is going to build us something similar for our leopard! Love your videos!
I roast my green beans in an air popcorn machine. Works great, only takes a couple minutes, and it blows the shells off. Then I cool it in on a frozen plate.
Just watched this episode, if you ever have to replace the chain again its far easier taking the anchor off and feeding the last 10 ft through and then even tho a pain in the but manually pull it out of the locker hatch, hard work but it would be quicker 😫😫
Unsalted, Unseasoned meat tenderizer in a water based paste, neutralizes bee, wasp, etc sting pain and swelling immediately. Maybe even centipedes and creatures from the oceans as well?
It's funny how looking back you realize that things would have been cheaper if you would have just spent the money upfront. But it's done and dusted and it was a teachable moment. It just may have cost you a few extra thousand LOL glad to see you're getting closer and closer to getting back on the water and you're taking your time and enjoying it
The beans that you would buy (except French roast) have a small amount of moisture. That is because coffee companies (I worked for one) mist the beans with water when they come out of the roaster to stop them from continuing to cook. Since you like medium roast, that would work for you too. It's faster than air cooling and more precise.
You two should of had safety glasses of while messing w/that rusty chain. If one of those medal flakes would of got into your eyes. You would have had to go to doctor & they put this suction cup to your eye & flush water onto the eyeball. Then if that don't work they numb your eye & scrape the medal off of your eyeball. Not very fun. So PLEASE use safety glasses. From someone who knows about this kind of stuff, bc husband worked of cars & got rust in his eyes & I had to take him to ER 4 X's. Plus I'm a nurse. Be safe & happy fixer up to y'all. Good luck, Chris from Missouri
Spot on woman. Thank you for what you do. I changed out a rusty muffler and had the rust mini flakes fall in my eye. The pain was excruciating . A level 10. The wife is a ER gal as well and I knew most of the girls that work there keeping an "eye" on me giving me proparacaine eye drops. The doc then used a cuetip under a microscope to remove it. Never again.
The part with the electric bikes, the music and both Jason and nikki enjoying life gives me the extra feels. Can we have a electric bike montage in every video....
I’ve had a little bit to do with galv chain on moorings, you don’t need a high test chain. You need a grade ‘L’ chain, which is low carbon. You may also want to check you don’t have any stray currents coming from the boat causing electrolysis!? And as you said fresh water washed as often as possible. Even that rusted chain would break the cleats before it let go. Running it through the gypsy Would definitely prove tricky. Thanks for sharing and stay safe. 😎🇦🇺
Nice Aussie touch on the coffee cups with the Kangaroo and Echidina . Can't belive the condition of the chain!!!! And the amount of rust in the chain locker.
You could also have the new chain smoking in a bath of oil when stared in the chain locker each time. That will give it extended life. Just use vegetable oil and that’s fine for the sea. Or you can get fish oil and again natural and will breakdown in the sea as well as keeping the chain rust free
Love your videos. You are so cute together. I'd never ever get a boat but your videos are very informative and fun. Have fun. We get old way too soon. My hubby and I said we wanted to grow old together, we just didn't know how soon that would be. Married nearly 60 years. He went to heaven in May. Live every day together as if it's your last. There are no do-overs. Hugs from an 81 year old granny.
Maybe you could wear EYE PROTECTION when your making rosted coffee Maybe you could wear EYE PROTECTION when you drive your car because of broken glass Maybe you could wear EYE PROTECTION when your cook your meal Maybe you could wear EYE PROTECTION when you change your batterie from your remote control Maybe you could wear EYE PROTECTION when you use your micro wave Maybe you could wear EYE PROTECTION when you watch TV because it can explode Maybe you could wear EYE PROTECTION when you're swimming because of sands ETC ETC ETC................
@@KtP370 so you've never seen anyone lose an eye doing the same thing. Tapping a rusty anchor chain. You have examples of higher risk situations, but not a bit of flaky rust. I know a guy who got bacon grease in his eye walking past a frypan on a stove, so you should wear safety glasses in the kitchen at all times. I know a girl who was swooped by a bird and was hit in the eyeball, so you should always wear safety glasses outdoors. Sure, safety wear is useful in high risk situations, but it's up to the individual to determine the risk they're willing to take.
That Centipede would freak me out. I'm spoiled living here in Minnesota. That rusty chain was crazy bad. Thanks for showing the Drone because I have always had the desire and that small size is not intimidating. Stay safe and thanks.
I used to work for fastener company and we sold chain.... If it says galvanized you should ask if it hot dipped galvanized or if it is electrogalvanized which means that it is zinc plated and not the same and has a very thin coat of zinc. and not for use on a boat. Love the videos ...Mike hope this helps for the future/////
Ah, Tonga. Did a week plus kayak trip there. Magical place. In fact, our first night in Neiafu we stayed with a wonderful family in their house just across the water from the boat yard. The next day we launched from there and sailed our two person kayaks to Eeukafa. Simply the best. Seeing your footage brings back many fond memories.
Could not believe how much rust crap Nikki pulled out of the chain locker. Seems as though the company in Panama sold them an iron chain, spray painted silver. Nice intro on the coffee roasting.
What a day!!!! When OCD is most useful!!!!! I mean that in the best possible way! I could not believe how clean the locker came, epic job, really! We watch and we just thought, "Yup, that's not coming clean!" And wah la!
Thanks as always Nikki and Jason. Informative and entertaining. You’re very lucky to have Cal (?) and his wife has friends. They seem like wonderful people. What a great sense of camaraderie and friendship. Priceless!
Going for coffee now. The Wynn cautionary tales are always entertainment for us, hard work and worries for them. Sacrifices, what are ya gonna do!?! Thx guys
A friend roasts coffee each morning in a hot air popcorn popper. He makes great coffee and the roasting is quick and easy. (P. S. Thanks for the great video.)
You two crack me up! I learn something new in every one of your videos from roasting coffee beans to picking out quality chain (and not getting scammed)! Cheers!
A little trivia. The last link in an anchor chain, is called the 'bitter end' And i'm told that's where that saying comes from. And yes i have been a merchant sailor most of my life. And i trust the old seamen that told me that. 😉
Curious/something to look into... if a person were scammed on purchasing/sold the wrong chain, the person’s credit card company should go to bat for them and possibly grant them a refund. Sure couldn’t hurt to try.
BEST SPONSERED VIDEO ever. Great work guy's. I orderd my mini2 the moment it was available came last week, it is Amazing, i have the OG mavic air, and it does everything the air does but with no connection problems and the Zoom really makes a difference. TOP TIP if you hold the Fn button for a few seconds, you can slowly zoom in or out using the gimbal wheel. Also before using the quick shots thinking it will be in 4K, go into the menu under camera setting and set Quik shot settings to either 2.7K or 4K as the setting out of the box is 1080P. Yes even if you set 4K in your video settings your quick shots will be 1080 P. CHEERS AND FAIR WYNNS Steve h.

I wonder if buying stainless steel chain would be a better solution. Anchor chain and anchors are things I would not try to save money on.
Make sure that you mark the new chain every 20 meters
YOU ALSO NEED TO FIX YOUR ROLLER--ITS ACTUALLY SUPPOSED TO ROLL UNDER THE CHAIN

Simply coat any steel parts that will fuse together due to oxidation (rust), or salt water fusion like threads shaft splines , swivels etc
If that swivel pin that Jason was fighting to free up was originally coated with copper - coat it wouldn’t have fused together.
Is just a tip, that’s all..
I loved that pull away shot on the drone while dealing the the anchor. Very nice cinematography!
Only Sailing Channel where a film about boat work ends up being super fun to watch.
Love you and how you do things guys.
Marc from Montreal.
The 300 foot of Cromox Duplex Stainless chain will cost $3,200 but it will last forever.
yes, good cup of coffee and the morning with the Wynns, the good life
Absolutely. Lol
i might be greedy but uh, i want more videos. I dunno what it is about y'alls story. Seems I'm thoroughly invested in your boat life. Thanks for the updates, even if it's just changing a chain out. I like all of it and can't wait for next Sunday. Thank you Wynns!!
After 20 years of cruising we found the High Test process degrades the galvanizing. Regular galvanizing will outlast HT by years.
Very pleased to see your progress with a new viewing audience. You videos have always been enjoyable. You both are vert hard working and deserve lots of positive things going forward.
Also, thanks for that tip about roasting the coffee, I'm definitely going to try that.
I would take a look at the gypsy where it engages the chain. If that is worn out (spaces too big) it might contribute to the skipping as well.
That was terrible... thank God it wasn’t necessary at a critical moment to fail. My neighbor has one of those drones and he loves his. Great info. Thanks for sharing.God watch over you both.
I also agree, wear safety glasses while doing any maintenance. Safety first. Drone shots are great !
What a classy channel , you should have ten times the subscribers x
Great content and detail, beats anything mainstream, very enjoyable and informative 👍
20:51 Nikki, after you said anchor sludge, I don't know why but I instantly thought of that for a name for a dark brewed beer!. 🤨🤷♀️😄
😄😆
@@gonewiththewynns Did ya like that!?.😃🤙 But then again it might only be a beer that sailors could drink. 🤷♀️ 👫⛵🌊🌤
So nice to see the boat cleaned up. Hello from thailand
" Helicopters". Can't stop LMAO. Brilliant, you two.
Sunday, Coffee and The Wynn's! Life is good!!!💖⛵☕💖⛵☕
Stick another small baking sheet in the fridge/freezer (if you have room), transfer the hot coffee beans into it then air them out. Thanks for the update....I'm always ready for what's next!
"Chain Story - it's a long one" - I see what you did there ^^
😂😂 missed it first time round 👍🏻
Waiting for Jason’s response: “that what she said” LOL!!
Also, not gonna lie - super satisfying to watch you both clean and do projects (while I lay in bed doing nothing!). lol
arm chair sailing and drinking coffee over here too.
saaaaaaame
You guys have incredible patience with all that cleaning. My hat is off to you.
Pour the hot beans taken out of the microwave onto a cold pan, metal holds heat.
Then they wouldn't have been able to use the drones to cool them, ergo sponsor for vid.....lolol
Love my Sunday morning routine. Wake up, watch you guys to give a positive spin to my day, all while... sipping coffee!
My Sunday routine: wake, brew some coffee, watch the Wynns.
Great to see our Leopard 43 "TimeOut" sitting next to you with fresh antifoul.
Best bit of the video...
It's funny how looking back you realize that things would have been cheaper if you would have just spent the money upfront. But it's done and dusted and it was a teachable moment. It just may have cost you a few extra thousand LOL glad to see you're getting closer and closer to getting back on the water and you're taking your time and enjoying it
Buy once, cry once.
From someone who knows about this kind of stuff, bc husband worked of cars & got rust in his eyes & I had to take him to ER
4 X's. Plus I'm a nurse.
Be safe & happy fixer up to y'all. Good luck,
Chris from Missouri
Spot on woman. Thank you for what you do. I changed out a rusty muffler and had the rust mini flakes fall in my eye. The pain was excruciating . A level 10. The wife is a ER gal as well and I knew most of the girls that work there keeping an "eye" on me giving me proparacaine eye drops. The doc then used a cuetip under a microscope to remove it. Never again.
The part with the electric bikes, the music and both Jason and nikki enjoying life gives me the extra feels. Can we have a electric bike montage in every video....
When i see that locker looking clean and suprise myself as I verbally say out loud "well done!" .. Like why did I just speak to my screen hahaha
I often clap and talk to TH-cam videos, and then I ask myself the same question it's a video! LMBO
@timcanoeing, Yeah, I said the Same Thing to My-Self Also dude !!
*been watching for years, this videos music is on point!*
Maybe you could wear EYE PROTECTION when hammering the chain.
Or when having flaky chain spilling out over your head! My eyeballs were shivering.
Maybe you could wear EYE PROTECTION when your making rosted coffee
Maybe you could wear EYE PROTECTION when you drive your car because of broken glass
Maybe you could wear EYE PROTECTION when your cook your meal
Maybe you could wear EYE PROTECTION when you change your batterie from your remote control
Maybe you could wear EYE PROTECTION when you use your micro wave
Maybe you could wear EYE PROTECTION when you watch TV because it can explode
Maybe you could wear EYE PROTECTION when you're swimming because of sands
ETC ETC ETC................
@@KtP370 no you haven't.
You guys make me smile. I always feel encouraged and happy after watching your weekly video. Thank you!!
Jason's chain dance around the pallet turned into a rain dance lol
😆😆
That Centipede would freak me out. I'm spoiled living here in Minnesota. That rusty chain was crazy bad. Thanks for showing the Drone because I have always had the desire and that small size is not intimidating. Stay safe and thanks.
Ok, got my Sunday update just in time to watch the Masters.
Looks like things are coming along nicely.
Great videography guys....the episodes just keep getting better.
Since buying Curiosity you’ve chainged quite a lot.
Post a link to the manufacturer, please.
You should have played “Unchained Melody” as the theme song for this one!
Lol! Or Unchain My Heart!
Beware copyright strikes for background music.
Fleetwood Mac...
"Back on The Chain Gang"
"Working on the chain gang" IMO is better!
Guys that is shocking! love the drones!!
Niki won the popular vote. The electoral college is still out.🤦♀️
All in fun, folks...please don't hate.💙😎
😆😆
@Craig G I agree; I'm not much of a comedian. 😜
Nikki wins! - no hate here. :-)
Could not believe how much rust crap Nikki pulled out of the chain locker. Seems as though the company in Panama sold them an iron chain, spray painted silver. Nice intro on the coffee roasting.
You should wear glasses when hammering , the rust flies everywhere including your eyes.
What a day!!!! When OCD is most useful!!!!! I mean that in the best possible way! I could not believe how clean the locker came, epic job, really! We watch and we just thought, "Yup, that's not coming clean!" And wah la!
Niki won the knot tying competition as the fender height on hers was correct. Sorry but Jason's fender placement was too high. :)
Thanks as always Nikki and Jason. Informative and entertaining. You’re very lucky to have Cal (?) and his wife has friends. They seem like wonderful people. What a great sense of camaraderie and friendship. Priceless!
"Chain, chain, chain, chain...chain of fools..."
Cheers!
I nearly spilt my drink...😂 great way to cool down your coffee beans.
You two never fail to enjoy each others company.
A little trivia. The last link in an anchor chain, is called the 'bitter end' And i'm told that's where that saying comes from. And yes i have been a merchant sailor most of my life. And i trust the old seamen that told me that. 😉
So, every chain has 2 "bitter ends"? That could effect the way a number of people drink-------
even the mundane becomes a blast with the Wynns, stay safe and well guys xx
Curious/something to look into... if a person were scammed on purchasing/sold the wrong chain, the person’s credit card company should go to bat for them and possibly grant them a refund. Sure couldn’t hurt to try.
They tried that. Wanh wanh.
Curious Minion
Jason may won the ‘fastest’ but Nikki won the best looking method. 🤣😂
😆👍😘
I can't believe it's been 4 years. I remember watching you guys switching from the motorhome to the catamaran.
