LOL a spreadsheet!
Lets party like its 1979.
Desktop software such as GarageSale has been the fastest way to manage eBay inventory since the late 1990s.
Using a spreadsheet is going backward!
This is one of many ways for a reseller to manage ( anyway is better then paper or no way!) this is a great tool for people who can’t afford or don’t want to spend the money on a software or app. If it’s not is not for you, then use the system that is.
Works well for us 👍🏼
Thank you so much for ❤ legit so very helpful
Yayyy so happy to hear that! 💛
Thanks for the spreed sheet best one I seen so far🔥🔥
Thanks so much! 🔥🔥🔥
Since you understand your setting up of this spreadsheet could you add in a search column in the inventory area for those people that use a custom sku for each item. That would be helpful. - thank you!!
Couldn't you use the ctrl and f to search stuff?
I’m not familiar with using a spread sheet , however if that key sequence would work then it would greatly assist in locating a custom sku #. I would not want to have to remember or type many of the key words. I personally am an everything seller , for me a custom sku per item is the way to go.
You can definitely add an SKU column - or just put the SKU in the item description column that’s already there! Then, as the other comment says, hold CTRL and then hit «F». A small box will appear in the top right corner area, and you can simply type in the SKU there! Hope that helps 👍🏼
another great video kids - keep up the great work !! Regards from Alison across the pond in Northern Ireland xx
Thank you Alison! 😁
Thank you so much!
Enjoy 👍
Thank you for this! Its amazing
No problem, thank you for watching! 😄
Great Sheet! Thank you!
Of course! Thanks for the support 😊
This will be awesome for me to consolidate all my spreadsheets onto one document.
Awesome!! 👍🏼👍🏼
Great contribution Will!!!
Thank you!! 😁
You're the man, Will. Thank you for this and you two keep up the great work. Cheers.
Appreciate the kind words! No problem and thank you! 😄
This is great! I’m a semi new part time reseller and I have been looking for a spreadsheet to keep track of my purchases and sales. Thank you so much for sharing! I have learned so much from you guys!
Awesome!! 👍🏼 Hope you get good use of this spreadsheet, it definitely was a gamechanger for us!
Hello, thanks. So much for sharing.I downloaded the worksheet, but it says it is read only. It won't let me rename and edit it.
Of course😁 and you should be able to click “file” then “make a copy” and it’ll make one in your google sheets.
What do the color codes mean on your NET Profit column? What is the dark green and the light green? Are there other colors?
The different shades of green just let me know off a quick glance how much profit we made. Theres a certain color green between $0-10, $11-20, etc. You can always change the color or take it off.
Love the spreadsheet! Similar to one I created.... Except I don't have the spot for damaged /loss items. Guess I know what I'm adding! Thanks!
Thank you! And yess add that for sure 👍🏼
Instead of 'profit' why wouldn't you want two more columns with 'taxes' and 'platform fees' to break down your operating costs?
You can definitely add that into your spreadsheet. We find it to be a lot more extra work. On the individual platforms at the end of the year you can pull up your tax forms and see the amount of fees/taxes you paid. So we just get the number from there instead of typing in and keeping track of it ourselves throughout the year👍
I do love a good spreadsheet! I use one I made but yours is more streamlined. Thank you so much for sharing this. Y'all rock!!
No problem at all, happy to help! Thank you for watching! 😊
Hey guys. Just tried to download the spreadsheet but its telling me "Sorry, unable to open the file at this time." Have you all heard of anyone else with this issue? Thx
Sorry to hear you’re having an issue! But we haven’t heard of this issue. Make sure you just click the link. Then hit file, then “make a copy”. Hope this helps!!
Thanks for taking the time, Will.. This looks to be thorough and easy to follow. Will use it. :o)
No problem, thanks for watching! And yes definitely check it out! 😄
Where do you place the ebay fees in you spreadsheet?
You don’t put them on the spreadsheet just put the amount you get after the fees. For tax purposes on your eBay store at the end of the year it shows you your total fees paid 👍
never ussed a spreadsheet, which one do I choose
There should be only one spreadsheet. It just has different tabs for the different months. It makes it easier to keep track of your sold items and profit coming in 👍
Thank you for this!❤
No problem! Thank you for watching! 💛
Nice spreadsheet Will! Lots of colors!
Thank you! Lol color coding because why not 😆
Thank You 🙏🏽 #Masarap
No problem! 😄
Oh man, I love the Excel spread sheet. That is great. dam now I should create one to a few books in order that I collect. That's not gonna happen, I have about 3,000 of them.
Omggg LOL 🤣🤣🤣🤣
