That's why I hate Filinvest talaga 🤣, lakas nila mag-bid at sumali sa mga property development pero sobrang bagal at kupad ng movement nila, hindi kasing aggressive ni Megaworld, Ayala or even SM. But yes, isa target ko yang Alabang 👍

kabago bago ng bridge panay basura na. Mga kalsada dameng kalat na basura pa din. baket kaya hindi matuto mga Pilipinong wag magkalat ng basura, pumapangit lahat tuloy.
Katulad po sya ng bagong Binondo-Intramuros bridge na tinatambayan ng mga tao sa hapon hanggang gabi kasi maganda ang view. Yun lang ang problema talaga kasi kumakain sila tapos di marunong mag-ligpit ng basura nila 😔
@@lakwatsatour oo tawag dun kababuyan. sanay na mata nila sa basura ang problema ang mga foreign tourists ay sanay sa malines at walang basura , kaya matuturnoff mga yon at hindi na babalik sa PIlipinas.
Kahit dito sa Mindanao may mga ganyan. Yung local govt pinapahiya sa socmed ang mga pasaway. @@lakwatsatour

Philipine should become a big competitor for tourism industry against Thailand and Bali. The people can speak english and more friendly suitable for service sector. Even Saudia Arabia and middle east , Japan and south Korea slowly transform the economy to tourism. Philipine cant compete with ASEAN if you only have KFC , Mcdonald, Pizzahut, Krespy Kreme, Jollibee, starbuck to sell, only Pinoy love American foods not tourist. Government need to invite investors from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan ,Thailand, Indonesia, Japan , south Korea ,Vietnam come an invest in the tourism sector: F& B and hotel, resort, restaurant . Philipine dont need to send million of workers to middle east to work and get killed by the muslim.

I heard na hirap pa rin makakuha ng Osmo Pocket 3 ngayon dahil palaging ubos sa mga DJI stores. Dalawang klase ang OP3, Standard na mas affordable at Creator Combo na mas mahal dahil may kasama nang external mic, extra batt, tripod, wide lens at carrying bag. Maraming available na Standard sa kahit saang branch pero halos walang stock ng Creator Combo. Creator Combo binili ko, ang ginawa ko lang ay tumawag sa mga pinaka-malapit na DJI stores sa amin tapos tatanungin muna kung may available silang unit creator combo, kapag wala ay sinabihan ko ang staff na magpapalista ako for reservation for Osmo Pocket 3. After 1 week, may stock na sila at natawagan ako. Yung iba na gustong bumili ay sumasali sa mga Facebook pages like Osmo Pocket Philippines at nagpapa-saBUY sa mga legit sellers sa mga Pinoy from Japan.
If adventurous kang tao, just know na maa-achieve mo rin ang same vid quality ng Osmo Pocket 3 with action cameras like GoPro at DJI Osmo Action series. Less moving parts pa ang mga action cams so makaka-iwas ka sa pagkasira, sobrang sensitive ng Osmo Pocket dahil sa gimbal nito, kailangan talaga ng sobrang ingat.
Yung kulay ng video na makikita mo sa channel ko ay na-achieve using post-processing/editing. Importante ito kasi yung naka-capture ng mga camera ay madalas hindi pareho sa kung anong totoong kulay ng paligid na nakikita ng mata natin. Ang post-processing ay para i-correct ang mga shadow, exposure, saturation, etc. ng video footages ng kahit anong camera na gamit mo using editing softwares like Capcut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
As for the drone, I am using Mini 3 Pro lang po dahil naging affordable after ma-release yung Mini4Pro pero maganda na ang kuha tapos dahil magaan, di na kailangang kumuha ng mga permit para magpalipad at walang problema sa aiport kung dadalhin sa byahe.
