Animation seems to keep getting better and better. I love the unique look of this. It looks cartoony and almost painted in a way. And I love how they are actually teenagers! This is gonna be great.

Fun fact: This isn’t the first time John Cena voiced a TMNT villain, he first voiced Baron Draxum in Rise of the TMNT before getting replaced by Roger Craig Smith. And now he’s voicing Rock Steady in this movie. Neat.

@@terrellthaddies7867 The movie's ending does serve as a conclusion of the show (especially if the series doesn't get a new season). However, the ending of the movie is open ended. So it could get a new season or it won't, which is why I hope it does.

They could do both projects but it will be expensive so, they might not do it…
I’m also shocked by the lack of Casey Jones. To me he’s an iconic character in the TMNT series, and I think he’d fit incredibly well in the universe of Mutant Mayhem.

I love that they are getting actual teenagers to play the ninjas, I always hate when Hollywood gets anyone over the age of 18 to play a teenager. I also love they are bringing Brady moon into it, I love him in good boys and md 🦆

Honestly it was never bad when adults would voice the turtles each turtles always had a perfect voice cast, but I'm having mixed feelings about the change so we'll see

Jackie Chan as Splinter is literally peak casting
The cast of this movie is freaking amazing and when I saw Nicholas Cantu was voicing Leonardo I was shell shocked (no pun intended) I legit didn’t know what to say or do as I love The Amazing World of Gumball and it’s absolutely amazing that he’s still getting animation work. Can’t wait to see the scene in the movie when Leonardo kills James Charles.

Entire cast is peak but i especially love that they're casting teenagers to play teenagers. I grew up watching the 2012 series which I think nailed the teenage part without taking away from the mutant ninja turtle aspects, so it's really cool to see them return to that after Michael Bay jumped in and created what I think were the least teenage iterations of the turtles. Super pumped!
Speaking of the 2012 series, it's gonna be super weird going from 2012's ultra manly beast leatherhead to what I assume will be a gender swapped leatherhead. Complete 180 but I look forward to what they'll do with the character
Not gonna lie i'd love it if Nickelodeon teamed up with Adult Swim to make a dark, gritty and violent comic inspired TMNT cartoon
@@mikeym32_ I’m intrigued but scared as well. I loved the 2012 leatherhead. It made him one of my favorite characters in the franchise behind shredder, Mikey, and Raph

Mutant Mayhem has already been one of my most anticipated movies of the year, now that we finally got our glimpse at what this film is going to look like and seeing the voice cast, I am now beyond hyped! This film looks to be such a passion project from a team of people who love the IP and want to do for it what Spider-Verse did for Spider-Man. THEY ACTUALLY GOT JACKIE CHAN TO VOICE SPLINTER, it’s about time!!
Interesting choice on making Leatherhead female. I’m curious on if they’re gonna go with the old leatherhead of making him with a southern accent or going with the smart leatherhead route from 2003 or the misunderstood beast from the newer TMNT shows

I'm going to see this movie for sure because Jackie Chan is yet again playing another wise ninja master. First Sensei Wu from the LEGO Ninjago Movie and now Master Splinter from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutant Mayhem.

I don't have any problems with the cast other than leather head. I think someone who is a gruff tough guy would be better. But I'm open to the interpretation.

I could not have asked for a better cast. I cannot wait to see this movie! Even as a fan of the Michael Bay turtle movies, I think this one will be one of, if not the best, ninja turtles movie ever!

If this movie is a success, then I would absolutely LOVE to see an animated Sonic movie. Maybe inspired by the style of old Japanese promotional game art or do the spider verse thing and make it look like a comic in motion.

The Michael Bay ninja turtles movie made it seem like they were in their twenties. I'm like the fact that they're making them smaller not hulked out. The 1990s movies got the right size. Especially when you look at the cartoon.
Right size? They're supposed to be smaller than april but in the 90's movie they were the same size

Now knowing Baxter and Superfly are separate, I was kinda hoping they were to be the same who gets a horror aspect. I mean, with Espacito for his soft spoken of terror + the animation style... it's a no brainier he could be a main antagonist to give the turtles an appetizer before bringing Shredder as the main course.

I think that in the beginning of the movie Giancarlo Esposito is going to voice Baxter stockman and then later in the movie when ever he changes into Superfly his voice is also going to change like we have seen before In Tmnt like both the animated series but that's just what I think is going to happen
Or they are just going to take the easy way out and have shredder kidnap Baxter stockman and help him make supper fly to slow down or hurt the turtles

No offense at all but I dont see how anyone is excited for this movie, the turtles look more like they are 10 years old, the voice cast I think it’s ok (minus splinter, that’s a perfect choice), and that teaser really showed nothing special at all

It looks good, don't get me wrong, and I've always loved Rogen's Humor. I am a little bit worried about the direction yet again. We can't forget that Velma was also a similar concept and ended up being a major let down. High hopes though

Fun fact: John Cena has done voice acting in the TMNT world before. He voiced Barum Draxum in Rise of the TMNT show. So it is really cool that he's coming back to the TMNT world in an animated movie now.
Absolutely love all the casting (especially Giancarlo Esposito as Baxter. Almost wish they did that in live action). I'm a little curious as to where Shredder is though.
Not in the movie and that's fine. He doesn't need to be in the 1st movie as its main draw
hes not gonna be in it because hes pretty used up in every reboot and reimagined version of the franchise.Its nice change for once not to have the shredder.
