1 year later & we finally beat our last PB! I took a long break from this category after my 56:27 WR, but in just 2 weeks of being back on the game I got this time! I'm trying something a little new here, as the thumbnail suggests, it's a "no setup" run, meaning I backed up a save file of my fastest possible Dectus lift time and have been just going for a PB that way. This will not be going on leaderboards, but this way of doing runs I find to be so much more fun and interesting for myself, and chat.
I will eventually be doing real runs of this category, but I can't help but fear it will take away from the enjoyment of the game. Either way, super exciting to finally beat my PB.

Hey man, just seeing your channel and thus runs for the first time. Very impressive. I've been a challenge runner myself for a while with a little over 300 completions of the game. I dabbled in unrestricted for a while as well, my best time was 15 minutes, unfortunately rejected due to the HUD being obscured. You mentioned in this run you wanted to teach up incoming runners these tricks and I have wanted to get into glitchless for a while now, actually going for speed that is. Do you have a discord or something of the like where I can learn the scripting and some of the skips, leyndell especially? I know a lot of them but this routing is top notch!

Okay what is Dectus start? Are you loading a preset save file? How is that legal for leaderboards? Is the early game of Elden Ring that optimized that we need to skip it? I'm just really curious.
