Dude this game is insanely difficult, I beat Romeo and The Swamp beast but the absolute WORST GODDAMN WORST ENEMIES are the crawlers in Krat Central Station, I HAVE to run past them, it literally takes alll 8 pulse cells to kill one
"Harder" variants will come, such as a no throwables or consumables run of this, but regardless of any of that? What you've done is a huge accomplishment and nothing can ever take away that. Great job.

@@damien5601 I mean, anybody who watches them knows that nothing is cheating in a hitless run except actually cheating, voiding the parameters set. All the good no hit runners who actually pull it off use whatever items and abilities exist in games to make the challenge possible, routine and easy to practice, and they would not wanna risk their hard fought run just to make some rando in chat stop complaining. If not using a throwable makes them 50% more likely to take a hit halfway through then they're not gonna add an unnecessary restriction.

Man, people saying throwables are cheating just dont know what a video game is. And do you know how expensive it is to use those things in this game's economy? Each single throwable item costs the equivalent of 4-6 enemies defeated, which makes each individual one a time investment in playing the game. Sometimes you have to decide, do I wanna level up rn or do I refill throwables for those situations where I might really need them? Because they're only really helpful in specific scenarios, like against hard to reach enemies that THROWS THINGS (in which case saying using throwables is cheating is just being an imbecile), or bosses with specific weaknesses, in which case the ENTIRE POINT of elemental objects like grindstones & grenades existing in the game and those resistance values being coded into a boss is to give you a bit of extra damage. I've also seen people tell streamers "that weapon is OP, you shouldnt use it" but the weapon falls within the same value ranges for damage, attack speed & attack range as other similar weapons, and it's like, what kind of equations are happening in your brain to say stuff like this out loud: "That's a pretty good weapon. DONT USE IT." It's like: do you not know how to play video games? Do you not understand what the purpose of a video game is? You're not SUPPOSED to just lose non-stop and bash your head against a wall until you're frustrated and breaking things. That is NOT the purpose of any of this. You're supposed to overcome the challenges with the tools the game gives you, not nerf yourself and still have the nerve to whine about the difficulty on reddit. If you don't then you're just being dumb. And if you wanna do a challenge run, go right tf ahead, but dont turn around and complain that everyone else not playing a self-imposed challenge run or doing a DIFFERENT challenge are "playing the game wrong." These ppl just dont understand video games and try to use their self-perceived "skill" of thoughtlessly bullrushing forward and dying 1200x as some kind of weird ego boost. If you dont know what you're doing at least have the shame to keep it to yourself.

Tremendous run. When I was doing no healing boss fights and trying to learn them, I thought "damn this would suck to do no-hit." Stellar work. I came here from the GDQ run. Also, too much sugar in coffee gang lmao.

Nice video, just some thoughts below. To my knowledge, the damage at full durability is only good for the first single hit, as hitting anything at all will cancel it out since you won’t be a max durability anymore. The two ways around this are 1) The durability grindstone - lose no durability for 40 seconds, though status effects can lower it. 2) non-use perks from p-organ, which sharpens your weapons when not in use - requires more quartz investment + two weapons + weight management. Overall, in a no hit run, boosted damage for one single hit sounds nice, until you realize that you would have to constantly sharpen your weapon once every 20 seconds for the entire playthrough - or even during a boss battle - depending on your goals. TLDR. With limited Quartz there’s probably better perks to take than the damage at max durability. (Damage at max hp for example) but I could very well be wrong. Also - nice mods, considered getting the game for PC just for the mods.
Keep up the good work man. You are pretty fun to watch and I'm sure when there are more people enjoy this game they will discover your channel and it will grow in no time. I watch lilaggy when he got like 40k subs doing Sekiro and now he has 400k thanks to Elden Ring. Maybe do some community posts or play Shadow of the Erdtree/Wukong/next Lies of P DLC sequel/dlc would help.
It’s a very forgiving game with consumables + summons + over leveling for your first playthrough. Ng+ is a bit different seeing how you start getting less from stats and enemies only get harder, but regardless, you can two shot most trash mobs, and kill most beefy mobs with 3 heavies. Bosses would be the main wall, but even then grindstones and ergo farming help a ton.

The funny thing is I've never seen someone do a challenge run in NG+ or NG++ .... That's where the hardest challenges in because when you simply restart a new game the bosses are going to be easy to lose a lot of hp when you attack them where in NG +7 or so you're going to the nameless puppet with everything maxed out and when you attack him you only deal a damage of an ant hhh i do appreciate the fact that you have beaten the game in the fanciest ways possible ❤ something that i couldn't do I've beaten the game many times but not in a fancy way like you did ❤

If you do mean the latter, then that would almost always be incorrect as minerals are crucial for both effective hydration and overall health. 1. Grindstones are infinite use but they can only be used 1-2 times between rests at checkpoints. Depending on the strength of the effect, the duration is different too. All of the elemental grindstones have a decently long duration but the one that makes every block into a perfect block has a really short duration. 2. Sort of. If a boss drops a named ergo, it can be made into a weapon, but those weapons tend to vary from the bosses'. You get an umbrella thrusting sword from Scrapped Watchman for example. It just varies from boss to boss. 3. Yes.
Finally a no hit that doesnt abuse consumables in every single boss, I've wanted to do this run for so long but I didnt like the consumables strats. Do you have a VOD or full stream of this run so I can route it by myself?
