Everything I’ve read in the groups I’m in indicate that there will be a price increase happening in April (so, soon😞), confirmed by SAs. The biggest increases are expected in the Love & Juste un Clou lines. If you’re thinking of buying, do it soon!!
I had enough of the crazy price increases I feel sometimes that they are trying to test how stupid people are, especially when they are increases prices and decreasing quality. I have even heard of packaging going down. Everyone wants to be Hermes but they are known for the best quality and they have very limited styles. Most people only want a bag or two from them.
I can totally see your point! Like how far will consumers go and how much will they spend for branding, even in the face of declining quality? You know what, I think I’ve heard that same thing about packaging as well-can’t remember about what brand though! It’s interesting for me because I didn’t really start shopping until prices had already started to increase, so sometimes I can’t even wrap my head around how “good” old prices were when I hear them because damn I wish I bought things back then😅 but I’m also glad that I was alerted to issues like declining quality. When I bought my flat card holder from Chanel last year I examined it like a hawk before I bought it. I even saw this video from a girl in the boutique the other day showing a mini that was on sale-one side was so crooked and lumpy, I couldn’t believe they even had it as a display😟 a piece of goods news I read recently though was that price increases are expected to continue but not at the crazy rate or at the crazy amounts that we’ve seen recently. I’m still gonna buy my bags in Europe though-the price savings for me have been really good! I know USD and EUR pricing tends to be similar & the conversion isn’t that different but when you’re shopping in CAD like me it totally makes a difference.

Cartier JUST increased prices for the watches. Its so shit.
Ugh not surprised! I heard there was supposed to be an increase for most (if not all) lines in April, but it doesn't seem to have hit yet.
