This neighbor about had enough with this abandoned home that nobody is doing anything to. The trees, grass, weeds, and everything else is growing and crawling over into his yard. He told me that he was about to go over there and attempt to clean it up with his push mower. I told him that I would be more than willing to help him clean it up, and make the property less of a headache.

I like the way you pick vacant homes to mow, this cuts down on squatting. A house that has it’s yard moved, are less likely to be vandalized. Thank you for cleaning up what someone discarded and gives its character back for a future home buyer! Good work!

I love watching the videos you put together. I have MS and am no longer able to do this which I loved to do. Lawn and Garden were my favorite past times. Thank you for posting these videos. And I am so happy you make a great attempt to wear your mask for protection of your respiratory system. I was a registered nurse for 30 years and I can't tell you the damage I have seen from people thinking it was "nothing" not to wear a mask to protect themselves. The yard looked amazing after it was complete. Thank you and I am sure the neighbors were very happy also. God bless you and your family.

Great job Fill! This was above and beyond!! The neighbor (who had a lawnmower ready)must have kept up the front as it looks like it must have been done. There’s a big difference between the front vs back which is why I made the comment above.

Well done. The thing that is noticeable is the health hazard of breathing in the dust when doing lawns that have sparse spots and are dry. Great that you are aware of the health hazard and take precautions.
