Why are people always looking for someone to blame?? You don't have any idea what this daughter's age is, what her health is, if she has siblings who might have helped ? Maybe she is an only child, who had to take care of her mother! She could have been exhausted! And don't forget that this in Michigan and the winters are terrible. Don't judge ----- you don't know her!
My father was a construction worker. When I was a child I would sometimes see him working on sites. How proud I was to tell my friends that’s my dad ❤️! Still have a soft spot in my heart to see hard working tradesmen out in the field 👍🏾

I feel the same as you, Bill. I'm also enjoying his handyman skills when he takes out his tool box to make repairs. Equally impressive is the fact that this man responds to every comment. He has great editing skills and his choice of music is very enjoyable, as well!
Glad you went back to retrim that hedge. I wasn’t happy with leaving it at the first cut either. It’s not like these people are going to properly maintain it.

What i and a lot of other fans really like about SEAN is that if he is not doing the cleanup for a live renter or owner he just cleans it up in hope that it is seen as move in ready to a new buyer of the property! He always done a perfect job too!

One of the top 3 transformations I've ever seen on all of the Lawn Service channels I'm subscribed to. This was absolutely top-notch incredible. Using the drone to give other angles is brilliant. The variety of work, from hedge trimming, to cutting fallen branches, to mowing, to weed whipping, and more was immensely enjoyable. I love you you rake up the grass, and take away the clumps of dirt-grass after you shovel them out. The channels with a million subscribers don't even do that. You think you need Al Bladez? Ha. I chuckled when you came back second day and said “I don’t like this right here, going to fix it today.” When you first trimmed it, after watching your work in several of your videos, I said he will go back and fix that. 😄 Your work is amazing! I agree! It helps keep squaters out, and rodents as well. People don't realize how bad critters of every sort, quickly get in and destroy a place when it gets over grown like this. Then they quickly overpopulated and infest the entire neighborhood. It really would behoove the entire neighborhood to pitch in to keep it down if everyone would just do a little something, once a week, it would be great. It looks like someone keeps the house up.
Fantastic transformation! I live in Western Australia and we have such a bad rental crisis at the moment that there are families living in tents under bridges, it saddens me that a property like that would be left empty and unloved.
It's the same situation here in the US, and they say our economy is good. Too many drug addicted people. The drugs are sent here from other countries to make is weak and they are doing a fine job. China sends fentanyl to Mexico and they bring across the border and it's killing us. Chemical Warfare...

Watching you trim those hedges and hearing you say you took a second look and gave it another trim was great. Hedges like that can take a couple seasons to get them under control after being neglected. And lots of patience! You did a good job! The property looks so much better after having you there to clean it up! You really did a wonderful thing by doing all that you did. I am sure the woman is very grateful for your help with her mothers yard! After losing her mom it was probably to painful for her to go over there and do yard work! Thanks to you it may be much easier to keep up with!

Mom’s only been gone for a year, but the family’s had trouble keeping up with that house for a long time. It looks like all they managed to do was keep the grass cut. Those shrubs been growing unchecked for years! Thanks for helping them out, I know they’re so grateful. My dad’s had gotten that bad when he couldn’t trim them anymore. I ended up pulling a pick up truck up next to them and walking back-and-forth in the bed trimming the shrubs because they were so tall it would’ve taken forever even with a ladder!

That was a really nice thing to do! They probably are planning on selling or renting it out but the task of cleaning out the inside, that the thought of cleaning up the outside was too much. Watching you trim those hedges and hearing you say you took a second look and gave it another trim was great. Hedges like that can take a couple seasons to get them under control after being neglected. And lots of patience! You did a good job! The property looks so much better after having you there to clean it up! You really did a wonderful thing by doing all that you did. I am sure the woman is very grateful for your help with her mothers yard! After losing her mom it was probably to painful for her to go over there and do yard work! Thanks to you it may be much easier to keep up with!

It was great to see your girls come to support their dad 😊 Teach them to use all the tools so if the day comes and they need to, they will be able to keep up with their yards. I see so many women who don't have a clue on how to mow and trim. I'm going on 68, have a huge yard, and so far have taken care of it by myself. The day may come when I can't and then I hope someone like you volunteers to help 👍❤️

Mom’s only been gone for a year, but the family’s had trouble keeping up with that house for a long time. It looks like all they managed to do was keep the grass cut. Those shrubs been growing unchecked for years! Thanks for helping them out, I know they’re so grateful. My dad’s had gotten that bad when he couldn’t trim them anymore. I ended up pulling a pick up truck up next to them and walking back-and-forth in the bed trimming the shrubs because they were so tall it would’ve taken forever even with a ladder!
