Steve McQueen was a Bad Mofo , and one hell of a motorcycle racer and actor. That is one gorgeous classic. Love the pics that you are allowing to go with the purchased bike. My favorite Steve McQueen Movie was The Hunter. I think it was Steve's last movie that he starred in. Steve was a Bounty Hunter in the movie named Ralph Papa Thorson. I highly recommend the movie, if you've never seen it before.

@@66C10L my old 1982 Honda CB 900 had high and low range transmission , my Uncle still has his 1980 CB 900 , but his high range was like my low range , his low range was lower , he was always quicker , by just a little , even if I got the jump
I once got to try my friends husqvarna 390 auto. it was fun untill i got brave, after that i sended that thing trough a thornbush and into a wall. ( dont worry the bike was fine. me I got a concussion and a severe talking to by my friends parents. i was 13 at the time
Because it’s over restored I’m gonna have to estimate it at $50,000 which is a third of the price if it was original either way I can’t touch this I had a 495 husky really admire the brand always have

What’s the 3rd lever on the left ? A Choke ? You said lever #2 was a compression release
@joelaichner I believe it’s to switch from low/hi 4 speed (8speed) but I’m not sure how it works
