Instead of a long horizontal squiggly line use a vertical straight line and you'll get a vertical cylinder. Then you can either do CageEdit on it in Rhino, or continue changing it in Grasshopper to get a more interesting result.
I've redone the tutorial up to the same point twice now and im getting gaps between my meshes, right around the 20 minute mark my object has a bunch of holes in it.
Hey sir, I have a really important a question. I am trying to make a snake your method but I want to make variable radius perp frames. Something that narrows in some places and expands in others. How can I do that?
Can you send the link for the cool Rhino animation / grasshopper animation setup that you have done? BTW this design is beautiful. Keep up the good work
Hi, where do you get the diamonds package? Also, I would love to have your input on the willpower to grind 9h/day on learning stuff on Grasshopper. It seems I have internal blockage to be so passionate about all the stuff necessary to go deeper into architecture...
I think it's a part of Lunchbox plugin. Willpower comes from interest. If you'd prefer spending your time doing something else, meaning if something else interests you more - just quit learning grasshopper and focus on that instead. Said that - if you're more interested in consuming (entertainment for example) than creating (architecture for example), then the issue is deeper. At that point you should step back and re-evaluate what you'd like to experience before you die.
@@DesignGoBrr thanks. By far the best no-BS straightforward and nofilter advice one could possibly dream of. 10000% respect for keeping it real. Cheers.
Hi! Thank you very much for this tutorial, it looks fantastic. I'm trying to reproduce the process, but I have two problems. Firstly, when I create "Perp Frames", I don't see the frames in Rhino and I don't understand why, but I don't get any errors. When I finally get to "Construct Mesh", I get this error: 1. Face vertex exceeds mesh vertex count. How come? I also checked that the number of 4 was correct, that's not the problem. Can anyone give me some suggestions? Thank you very much! :)
Yea, I hate it when I work on a grasshopper script and accidentally create an ancient Greek mythology being that symbolizes the infinite cycle of life itself.
Hey! Thank you for your amazing video. I just wonder if i can use this skin for a building surface and don't know how.
Love this guy. Thank you Gediminas !
My pleasure.
Love it !!!!!!
Would like to see how we could use this on a facade

@@DesignGoBrr Thank youuuu
You are awesome!! Really appreciate all your videos.
Appreciate you watching them!
si puo cambiare forma? grazie in anticipo
This is super cool, I wonder if if could be used as a texture on a planar srf, like something I could 3D print on fabric
Yea - I might do a separate tutorial for 3D printed fabrics or something like that.

While all tutorials are free - the files themselves are available for patreon supporters of the channel.
amazing thank you
Glad you liked it!

For the red colour I checked the list of your tutorial, it is Tutorial: Animate Camera in Rhino (and also stylize your viewport). :D
Ah yea, it's that one! :)
AMAZING
thanks! :)
Hi Gediminas, do you have any idea where I can get a free crack of rhino 7?
I don't like this question
Sorry I thought you could help as I couldnt find one
you weren't kidding when you said you would upload videos more frequently (y) (y) (y)
More frequently and more inconsistently hehe
Thank you, it was fun, I made an ouroboros :D

@@DesignGoBrr yeah, but..you know.. actually that's no accident :D
👍👍👍
I share your hate for the N+1 problem but its a necessary evil. At least now your n is the index number of the last item for example
my last item index is, and has always been -1 . Any other number is blasphemy and should be punished.
@@DesignGoBrr doesnt work with insert items though! bugs the hell out of me
@@masthebes Refuse to use any node that doesnt work with i -1 . Throw a tantrum every time anyone even mentions it.
